Lovely Stay

The property was perfect for our little weekend getaway. It was very clean and cozy and the host Christina made it so easy for check in and was available for any questions. We would definitely stay again.

Visit to Hyde Park area

My husband and I (from PA) met up with his sister (from MA) for a visit to the Hyde Park area. Our accomodations were exactly as described, very clean and Christine was wonderful in answering all of our questions. This VRBO is a great place to stay in this area and should we ever return I would certainly consider staying here again.

The actual apartment was clean. The property and entryway to the stairs was not good. I almost didn’t go upstairs bc of how bad it was. We were there for family weekend at the CIA so we weren’t hanging out in the apartment so I just let it go. Parking was a mess but I think that had to do with the city. We ended up parking at the auto parts store across the street. Owner had good communication.

Apartment was clean but certain areas seemed to have litter box smell. This apartment is located up some narrow stairs. I didn't feel like the listing accurately explained that. We had one in our group that uses a cane & has a lot of difficulty with stairs so we intentionally search for ADA friendly - no stairs required and so when we had the stairs felt as it wasn't an accurate listing. Also listing shows parking onsite. It is actually street parking - luckily on our second time around the block we found a spot. Just would have been nice to know ahead of time that it was street parking.

We left because of filth and false descriptions

It is in a dangerous neighborhood with unsafe conditions there was a street person sleeping on back porch there were bed bugs wings under beds the bed frame was unsafe the stairs are not legal with a handrail at 24" that neither reaches the top nor the bottom of the staircase, the main bathroom is not in the apartment and you have to go on stairs to get to it everyone in our group was in their 70s and we were unable to access the apartment. We have been unable to even get a dime back even tho VRBO people told us to find a hotel
