Luxury Retreat Pool House with spectacular views!

Looking for an amazing location and views? Beautiful Lake Havasu City vacation rental on the lake side of the highway. Extremely close to Windsor launch ramp. Hang out in the back yard with breath taking views of the water. 3 bedroom 2 bath home with tons of parking up the driveway or in front of house. Nice cozy 5 ft deep pool with beach style entrance and 4 under water bar stools. Huge jacuzzi not heated. 4 smart tv's. Large outside bar style seating area under covered patio.

The space
Breath taking views, entertainers back yard and huge jacuzzi. Tons of parking. Peaceful and relaxing backyard. 4 smart tv's hooked up with Netflix, Disney+, YouTube. Updated kitchen and bathroom with walk in shower. Large living room with tons of seating. 60 in 1 game including pac man. Lake side of hwy 95. Great location!

Other things to note
Steep driveway with tons of parking once you get to the top. Plenty of room for multiple cars and multiple boats

The Spa is not heated unless paid an additional $75 a night. Payment must be paid in advance before we turn the spa on it can take anywhere from 6-8 hours to heat.

24 hour surveillance on property located at front door, garage and over looking pool equipment/spa. Do not cover or mess with the cameras in anyway or reservation will be canceled immediately.

Pool guy will be at the property Wednesday mornings to clean the pool and Spa.

Do not mess with the pool equipment or internet.

NO UNREGISTERED GUEST ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.

VIOLATION OF ANY HOUSE RULES DEPOSIT WILL BE KEPT

NO PETS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY IF PETS ARE BROUGHT ON PROPERTY YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED AND WE WILL KEEP A $500 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

Additional rules

Guest to not touch the pool equipment for there will be a $500 fee. Watch children around pool at all times
No one under 16 years of age should be in the pool or spa unless an adult that knows how to swim is present and alert at all times. No unregistered guest allowed on property or deposit will be kept.

Check out instructions -CHECK OUT TIME IS 11am - load/ start dishwasher - do a load of towels and strip beds slept in and put them on laundry room - take out trash - Clear out refrigerator Hope up guys are enjoying your stay!!
