JUST REMODELED!!! UPGRADED KITCHEN, ALL NEW APPLIANCES, UPDATED FURNITURE & BEDROOMS, BRAND NEW FLOORING & BATHROOM AMENITIES.
Paradise found here with Spectacular Views in a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo! It’s equipped to sleep up to 6, but not recommended if you’re looking for comfort. A total of 4 adults and 2 children would be the maximum recommended number of individuals to maximize all available sleeping options without sacrificing comfort & space for this condo.
There is a brand new King size mattress in the master, and a brand new full size mattress along with a futon couch & a pull out trundle bed underneath the futon, which converts the twin size couch into either a full size or queen size mattress. There are 2 very firm couches in the living room that do not have pull out beds. This unit is a family friendly, gamer’s delight with an Indoor Shuffleboard Table, arcade/pac man console, outdoor patio hook game, and some classic board games such as Sequence, Monopoly, Yahtzee, & Scrabble. You will love the privacy of this large corner unit with a private deck! Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with more privacy & has windows; most of the units in this complex share both walls- so no windows. All of the amenities you need, are included (WiFi, Apple TV, Cable TV, Roku, Streaming Apps, & Telephone Services are all included). There is a stocked kitchen with a Keurig, along with a standard coffee maker, brand new dishwasher, brand new stove/oven, brand new microwave, a brand new full size refrigerator, a BBQ, a Gorge Foreman Grill, a Crockpot, a ninja Blender, and a new stackable LG washer/dryer is located in the master unit, as well. Park your boat for the day on the public beach and watch it from your condo with a beachfront view from your balcony, with private access to the beach only a few steps away. (There are no boat docks on this particular public beach, so there are signs posted warning not to moor overnight, since authorities have been known to ticket at times. This area is considered to be a state beach and is monitored quite often , so overnight mooring is not recommended and you run your risk if ticketed.
When you stay at Beachside Havasu Hideaway, you will not be disappointed! Enjoy a 5 min Walk over to the Historical London Bridge, or go to the town shops and restaurants, club Kokomo’s is free and only 6 minutes away by foot, or catch the Casino Ferry in a less than a 3 minute walk. This unit is Located in the Highly Desirable Private & Gated Community of Kingsview. The complex has it’s own parking lot for KingsView guests only, which includes 1 vehicle parking pass and your choice to park either at the boat and trailer parking, covered garage parking, or carport parking; all of which are handicapped accessible to the elevators. Discounted Monthly Rates for Extended Winter Rentals are available upon request.
Additionally, if you’d like to bring your pup, our unit is one of the few in this complex that accepts dogs (with an added fee per pup, and we request they be under 20lbs). There is a mandatory cleaning fee that is paid directly to our cleaning crew, who strive to go above and beyond the normal requirements & recommendations that have been mandated post Covid. A rental contract with info, rules, & guidelines will be sent to all renters before their arrival date, as well as individualized access codes for non-contact check-in/check-out procedures. There is a BBQ provided on the back balcony of this unit, but comes with a strict policy to follow when using it, due to local restrictions, if policies are not followed, guests may incur extra fees accordingly. There's also an electric grill & a Gorge Foreman grill, which can be found in the kitchen cabinets.
We really hope you enjoy this Hideaway as much as we do. Havasu is a special place that’s just far enough away, where you can feel like you escaped from the daily grind. My family had a great time staying at this condo. The water view is amazing. We love how we can just walk down to the beach in a few steps. This place is very clean, and the property manager was very responsive and made sure our stay was great. Everything is within walking distance. We didn't have to drive to get food and snacks. A lot of rental places for boats, kayaks, etc., are nearby. I highly recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay! Communication with both the owner and property manager was seamless—they were so accommodating and kind. What stood out most were all the thoughtful personal touches, especially the extras provided for our little ones and even our fur baby. The condo was incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, making it both comfortable and convenient. And that view—simply unbeatable! We’ll definitely be back.

Location, location, location. On the north side of the channel and a beach just steps away. Home has great amenities including plenty of chairs, games, fans in every room and everything is in great working order. Felt like home and we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Super responsive property manager. No issues and would highly recommend.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING...What a beautiful place to rent stay. The location is truly unbeatable,the condo is immaculate and absolutely gorgeous. Well stocked for your stay is an understatement. They have everything you could need or want in this condo,along with kind and very thoughtful service from the management and owner. I cannot wait to go back. I've stayed in ALOT of places over my 45 years of visiting Havasu, and this was 100% the best,and by a long shot. Sure there are a tons of big fancy pool houses with amenities for days,ive done them,but you won't be sitting on the water. Island mobile homes are cool,and yes some are on the water,ive done them many times as well,but they won't be on this level. Do yourself a favor and and give this place a shot,it's that good people... Be kind and live happy
