The Space:
The private dock with a 10x28 boat slip is where your trip truly begins, soaking up the plentiful sunshine, swimming in the cool, refreshing waters, or setting out on your preferred watercraft to explore everything these shores have to offer. Break for lunch up on the home’s spacious deck, dining al fresco at the outdoor table for 6 while you make plans for the remainder of the day. Shady relief can be found inside the screened-in patio, where you can lose yourself in the pages of a good book and enjoy a light breeze from the ceiling fan.

As you head out away from the home to explore the greater Ozark area, take the short drive or boat ride to stop in for a meal at Franky and Louie’s Beachfront Bar and Grill! It’s one of the awesome man-mad beaches on the lake – a perfect spot to grab a meal and soak up the lakeside vibes. Head out by boat to the Bagnell Dam to snap some photos at the scenic overlook, stopping in for lunch and shopping on the strip located along the shoreline. A scenic cruise along the winding waterway in just about any direction will take you to additional delicious dining options, including H. Toads and Lake House 13, just to name a couple.

The interior of this charming A-frame will make you feel right at home, the wood-paneled walls and ceiling blending seamlessly with soothing cool and neutral tones to create a unique cabin-meets-boathouse atmosphere. Settle into comfy sofa and armchair seating in the living room while you stream all your favorite entertainment on the smart TV. The open floorplan organically guides you into the stylish kitchen, fully equipped for all your mealtime needs with all-white appliances, glossy stone countertops, and perfectly contrasting sage green cabinetry. High-top stools for 5 wrap around the counter for all your dining needs whether snacking on a spread of appetizers or sitting down for a delicious homecooked meal.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a private balcony.

Bedroom #2 includes a full size bed and 2 twin size lofted beds.

The home’s full guest bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• This home may not be ideal for guests with mobility concerns. It features a steep driveway with stairs leading down to the entrance, and the interior staircase to the bedrooms is also narrow and steep
• 1 pet maximum with additional fee of $25 per day (must be under 30 lbs).
• Driveway parking available for 3 vehicles. Parking on the street is strictly prohibited.
• Boat Slip is a 10x28.
• Trailer parking is not available at the property. However, guests can arrange paid trailer parking at Frankie & Louie’s Restaurant for $15 per day, based on availability. To reserve a spot, please call 573-374-5750 and select option 2.
• This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras. The first is mounted under the eve of the house, actively monitoring the entrance to the screened-in porch. The second is mounted on the blue shed in the driveway, actively monitoring the parking area. The third is mounted under the corner of the back porch, actively monitoring the dock.

There are also several shops, restaurants, and bars in the Village, making it a great place to spend an afternoon or evening.
