Cozy home in great location

Home was nice and cozy for a family stay, had a well stocked kitchen for cooking meals at home and a short drive to cute shops, bakeries, restaurants and a great grocery store.

The location was dead on at where we needed to be to watch the Seafair 2025 . The kitchen was great we used many of the pots and pans and dishes for cooking we also used the barbecue. They allowed us to check in early which is awesome because we had somewhere to be at a certain time and we actually didn't want to leave all of our personal items in a car that was going to be parked in the open

Cozy Stay

Check-in was easy and house was on a quiet street. Host responded quickly when called upon. My daughters enjoyed playing in the backyard. There is a portable AC unit in the house, which helped regulate temperature but due to higher temps, wasn't quite enough to maintain a comfortable range. There were also some ants in the kitchen but that may have been a previous renter. Overall, would consider staying again.

Nice little home close to Rainier St with lots of dining options.

Perfect for a small family with a fenced in yard. Good location. Warm in the evening in July, but manageable. Cute & quiet neighborhood, and only 25 min by car to downtown. Neighbor’s blackberry bushes provided an unexpected treat!

Nice Hideaway

This house provides a nice hideaway from the hustle ad bustle of the city. We really enjoyed the kitchen and the backyard was great for my daughters to get off the TV and go play. Comfy and cozy stay.

Only complaint we had. Was it the house got really hot? There's not Central air, there's a little bit air conditioner, and it wasn't hooked up. So when we turn it on, I was gotta even hotter.

The neighborhood was so quiet and central to everything. Parking was easy. Great house for our girl’s trip!

Cute "flipped" house in quiet neighborhood, convenient; BUT, bottom shelf dishwashwer not moveable, broken; must "play" w/front door lock to lock & unlock, security argumentative when we called about lock; bad musty smell in lower bathroom/washer/dryer area; not aware prior that 2nd bathroom on lower level. Kitchen sink didn't drain properly. Didn't call managers as they weren't responsive to lock issue and didn't want repair person in house when we were not there. Advised night before 4a leave to catch flight, advised "if we have time" to start diswasher & strip beds. Did start dishwasher but did not strip beds. Would not recommend

Would not recommend

Two of us stayed; never advised that 1 bath downstairs, although 2 bedrooms upstairs, diswasher bottom shelf would not work, musty smell in lower bathroom, only one shower allowed than had to wait a good 30 for hot water for another shower or washing machine. Did not complain of these issues as didn't want repair to enter home when we weren't there. Complained about front door locking mechanism but was met with no concern from security personnel. No desire to come to house to look into situation. Actually, made to feel as if our experience was not true; Location was great & reason the property got any stars

Pre-Cruise Trip

Prior to going on our cruise we enjoyed exploring the Seattle area. Everything about this home was lovely but parking in the driveway was not possible for our large SUV Pleanty of street parking so it wasn't a problem

Nice home

Besides the ants in the living room, the house was amazing. Fast response time about the ant situation and they had ant spray delivered in about an hours time.
