Completely worked for our needs between Milton and Pensacola, and a bonus was walking distance to Goat Lips Chew and Brew. Spacious parking, sweet kitty cat.

Absolutely loved our stay. The goat cottage is very clean and tidy, and all amenities that you need are included. We would highly recommend this location and we hope to return again very soon.

This place has it all.. quiet location on a dead end road. Super clean home with w/ all the amenities. Owners/manager are friendly and accommodating, We will contact them everytime we stay in Pensacola!

Great little place

Super cute, well appointed two bedroom in a quiet little neighborhood. There is a very quaint little restaraunt/bar nearby with good food for when you don't feel like cooking. Would 100% stay here again

Beautiful space

This is a beautiful home perfect for a small family. The check-in process was smooth and easy and the home is very clean. The beds are comfortable and the living room speace is great. It about a 20 minute drive to The Pensacola Beach, and 15 minutes from the Pensacola Bay Center.

Quiet and clean. Easy to airport and surrounding tourist activities. Fun to Goat Lips be an easy 50ft away. You knew they were there from music but not loud. Cut through the back to the left instead of walking all the away around. You will be find yourself standing in the beer garden

Great Place to Stay

A beautiful, clean two bedroom home located within 10 minutes of the mall, 15 minutes to downtown, or 20 minutes to the beach. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well supplied with cookware and appliances. Nice living room with smart TV. We especially loved going to the restaurant/bar located close by which served good food and live music daily. A special thank you to the host for excellent communication and making us feel at home. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Pensacola.

Pensacola stay!

The stay was great! I came in see my children and grandchildren with one of them just being diagnosed with cerebral palsy. It was a good spot for us to meet. Thanks to Susie for her communication with me before I got there! Will be back!

Great Place

Very very cute cottage! Looks newley renovated, very clean, had everything we personally needed. It was easy talking to the property manager on VRBO. They replied back in reasonable times. The only thing I would say is I wished it had curtains on the front door for a little more privacy. It is a good distance from the beach, but if you want affordable that isn’t on the beach, this was a good option. It’s close to restaurants and stores. The property owners do live next door, so I felt bad with my 3 yr old autistic toddler crying during the night and it stressed me out some. But no one said anything . There is a cafe right behind the property and they play music at night but it did not bother us at all. I would stay here again!

Perfect family get away

First time coming to Florida all the way from Tennessee, this was the perfect place to stay with my family. The living room was nice and cozy with a smart tv to watch whatever the family was feeling. Bedrooms were perfect with comfy beds, pillows and blankets clean as can be. Same goes for the bathroom, clean and stocked with things you’d need to clean and wash up after a long day. Kitchen was perfect with plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans, the whole nine. There was appliances aplenty with a microwave, coffee machine, blender, toaster, stove, dishwasher, spacious fridge, stand up washer and dryer and everything needed for said appliances such as coffee and stuff for the coffee machine, pods for the washer, dish detergent, even ice in the fridge. I could honestly go on but I’d do it no justice. A stay here could tell you more than I ever could and it’s a place that’s well worth the stay. A special Thank you to the hosts, you’ve made a beautiful place that made me and my families weekend in Florida one we’ll never forget and I hope in the future that we’ll be able to come and see ya’ll again, you are wonderful people!!
