Welcome to this charming, newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bath surf inspired cottage in the heart of Park Circle, steps away from one of the largest inclusive playground! Enjoy a spacious, fenced backyard with fire pit, and a stylish kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and bar seating. A short walk to the Mixson and Firefly Distillery, E. Montagueâs restaurants, and Holy City Brewing. Explore bike trails, beaches, Downtown Charleston & more. Discover this perfect getaway!
Welcome to Park Circleâs charming, beach-inspired cottage! Step through the ocean-blue front door into a bright and inviting living area, complete with a couch that folds down to a bed, TV, and cozy accent chair. The open-concept layout keeps you connected to the kitchen, which is perfect for easy meal prep and conversation. The kitchen features three stools at the counter, stainless steel appliances, and a convenient washer and dryer. Coffee fantastic? We have a coffee area with your favorite syrups and two coffee makers- the Ninja DualBrew and Keurig. From here, step out the back door to access a spacious backyard, complete with a fire pit and polywood-inspired Adirondack chairs for relaxing outdoors.
Back inside, youâll find two cozy bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed and closets stocked with a pack-and-play for added convenience. The primary bedroom also has a comfortable accent chair, perfect for reading or unwinding.
