Nestled in the charming SeaTac area, our home offers the perfect balance of convenience and comfort. With the airport rail station just a short distance away and the airport only 7 minutes from your door. Downtown Seattle is just 20-25 minutes away, and the largest mall in Washington State is only 5 minutes from your doorstep, offering plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options right at your fingertips.
The space
This recently remodeled home boasts a modern design and is fully equipped with matching stainless steel premium appliances. It’s stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The spacious living room includes a dining area, a smart 75” TV, and a centralized speaker system, with speakers in every room (including both bathrooms). Enjoy free Netflix and local TV during your downtime.
The home offers three well-appointed bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with two twin beds. All beds feature memory foam mattresses and premium hotel-grade sheets for your ultimate comfort.

The two bathrooms are both stylishly modern—one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub—and feature hot and cold handle bidets for added convenience.

Step outside onto the spacious deck, where you can take in breathtaking views of Mount Rainier, enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets, and fire up the gas grill for a BBQ.
Guest access
Enjoy a seamless self-check-in with our smart touchpad lock. You’ll have full access to the house, including amenities like a washer and dryer, up to two parking spaces on the right side of the driveway, and free street parking.
Other things to note
Please note that while we do not live on the property, we are always just a message away if you need anything. A family member occupies the basement, which has a separate entrance for privacy. Additionally, kindly park on the right side of the driveway to ensure proper access.

For the comfort and privacy of all, only guests listed in the booking are permitted on the property.

Additionally, parties and events are strictly prohibited.

Additional requests

Please load any dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start the cycle before you leave. Please remove any perishable food from the fridge, freezer, and cupboards. Dispose of any expired or leftover food in the bins provided.. Check each room to make sure you haven't left any of your belongings behind
