Nestled privately among scenic trails, Cozy Cove offers a serene setting surrounded by majestic trees, enhancing the beauty and privacy of your stay. At the heart of the house is the Great Room, a spacious and open-concept area designed for gathering and relaxation. This central space features a fully stocked kitchen with an L-shaped island and a counter bar that seats 4, a custom dining table that comfortably seats 8, and a cozy living area with soaring 20-foot vaulted ceilings, a gas-powered stone fireplace, and a striking stick-style chandelier that adds a touch of rustic elegance.

In the Great Room, you’ll also find a 55" Smart TV, access to the outdoor deck, and expansive custom windows that flood the area with natural light. This space invites everyone to come together, whether for a family dinner, a holiday gathering, or Sunday football. The room’s large windows bathe the area in sunlight, creating an ideal spot for cherished moments with family and friends.

On the first level, Cozy Cove offers a large game room, kitchen/dining, two bedrooms, and one full bath. The second level features a small landing overlooking the Great Room, along with two additional bedrooms and a full bath. Each level of the home provides a full bathroom for maximum convenience.

We understand the importance of convenience, which is why bed linens, towels, soaps, essentials, and a fully-stocked kitchen are provided, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Guest access
Guests will enjoy the entire home and all of its amenities. The property has a very long driveway and can accommodate up to 6 vehicles.

Please note that Towamensing Trails requires parking passes for all vehicles included during your stay. We provide up to 4 passes at no cost. Additional passes can be purchased at $25/pass.

The kitchen includes pots/pans, silverware, glasses, dishes, coffee cups, cooking utensils, blender, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, etc. See guidebook for full list.

Wristbands are required to access all amenities; including the lake, pool, beach, sports courts, and clubhouse. Your reservation includes up to 8 wristbands for free. After that, you are able to purchase up to an additional 2 wristbands directly from Towamensing Trails at $10/person/day. These amenities are available only in the summer.

Our home is fully sanitized in between stays in accordance with CDC & Vrbo Guidelines to ensure your health and safety.

There are exterior security cameras on the property that do not record sound. No cameras on the interior.

The base nightly rate includes up to 4 guests. After that, the price increases by $35 per person per night. VRBO calculates this on its own as long as you enter in your guest count correctly. If you end up with more than the amount of guests that you booked for, you will be charged $35 per person per night, for all nights that you booked.
