House was easy to get in, the set up was perfect. We felt safe in the area. Very clean and smelled fresh. If in the area again, we would definitely book this place again.

We stayed here for our trip to the ISF and this was the perfect property location! The home was so clean and very nice. It looked very well maintained. There was plenty of room for my husband, son, and me. We loved the ample off street parking as well! Although we did not walk to the fair, it was close enough we could have.

Cozy

This house is cozy and a wonderful place to stay with ur family. I wish there was a bit more counter space, but made it work. My next trip I will b staying here.

I visited Des Moines with my family (including children). The property is really nice, clean and tidy as descr5ibed in the post. We even got a few groceries and coffee machine available upon our check-in, which we appreciate and thank the host. Neighbourhood is OK and quiet, no noises or other disturbances. Aldi and Walgreens nearby for for groceries. It's good value for the pricing. Only remark to make was that we didn't receive the property access instructions prior to the check-in time and we got slow response from the host to solve this. Other than that, our stay was great and I highly recommend it if you visit Des Moines. Thanks Gilbert

Great space for 3-4 people

Everything you need in a rental. There are 3 steps to get in the house and one small half step into the kitchen. Very clean, plenty of closet/storage space if you have stuff. Dog liked the yard but not entirely fenced in, lots of other doggo neighbors to meet when walking around the block.fairly quiet neighborhood except a few loud cars. Jersey Mike's within walking distance. Couches comfy, just low to the ground so a little hard getting up! Would stay again!

Overall clean and great location for the fairgrounds, but beds are not comfortable and furniture is damaged along with minor damages to the property. (Couch ripped, not feet on couch, no end tables in bedrooms, lack of pillows on beds, broken vents, broken tiles in bathroom). The property functions as should just cosmetic defects and it does have lots of kitchen tools for people to use.
