host communications were good / house was ideal for multiple families as to bedrooms and bathrooms / upstairs bedroom was a little hot the first night / utensils and cookware is adequate but not complete for all uses (bakeware, etc) property cleanliness was good and check out procedures were easy to follow

We chose this location so we could attend the Diana Singing about 30 minutes to the south. It put us in a great spot to be close to many awesome dining places and we could then tour the area and take in the history of areas south of Columbia down towards Pulaski and everywhere within a 30-40 mile loop. It's about 30 minutes from Chapel Hill area also. The home was awesome. It's in a golf course community. Quite and isolated from the general public. Feels secure. The neighborhood was calm and peaceful. Much like own own home. We live just outside of town in a quite area but are just 8 to 15 minutes from all amenities.

Perfect for an Extended Family

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this spacious home—perfect for our extended family! There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the location offered the best of both worlds: close enough to restaurants but also private and peaceful. The house was very clean, the hot tub was a great bonus, and it was stocked with some thoughtful extras for added comfort. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Nice location, nice place, needed to sprayed for bugs for the season.

The decor was nice, the neighborhood wonderful. We had two comments that could be easily solved. One, the trash was full when we arrived outside so it should probably may have been taken away. Lastly, since the bugs are out there needed to be a spray onsite. Fore we arrived. We killed many inside.

We were looking for a family friend a quiet place for our family to gather for my brothers wedding. The location is great, quiet and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. First look, the place was beautiful and we were excited to have a place that fit our big family. However as we discovered we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. Within a couple hours of walking around the house, our feet and socks were black from the dirty floor. We had little to no extra supplies. We had to make a few Walmart runs to get toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, etc for basic supplies. All the bathrooms had less than half a roll left when we started our stay. There was only one small knife that we ended up going and getting more supplies for cooking and hosting meals for our family. The dishes in the cabinet that were assumed clean due to being in the cabinets, were visibly dirty to the point where they were all sticking together from the grime. The upstairs shower was leaking and clogged. We spent an hour cleaning the drain and pulled out a ball of hair from it. There were multiple bugs and cockroaches found throughout the house during the entire stay. Although at the time of booking, we did not anticipate needing an ADA accessible rooms and doorways, however my father had an accident prior to our trip and was in a wheelchair. Most doors, especially the bathroom door from the main bedroom on the first floor was so small that he was not able to get through.

This time of year in Middle Tennessee we get invaded by stink bugs and ladybugs. Even though we have a very liable pest control system there is nothing that can stop some of them from finding their way in a house. If you see any they are harmless and we have provided a hand vac that can remove them if needed. We are sorry for any inconvenience and we are always trying to make the guest experience as pleasant as possible. Thank You.
