Beautiful condo with a ton of space for a family. A well appointed kitchen with everything you could need to cook. The beach is amazing. The communication and booking process incredibly easy. Well, absolutely a book again.

Beautiful condo

My family and I had a wonderful vacation here. It is located on a dead end street which is perfect for a quiet vacation without all the crowds. You are still close to all the local fun but have your own little piece of the beach to relax on.

The location is perfect for a beach vacation, we wanted to spend most our time on the beach and this gave us the ability. The host was great with communicating anything we needed or had questions about.

Beautiful condo with amazing views and access to beach.

I had the family out along with in laws - 7 total. We had an amazing vacation. The condo was very comfortable! Location was perfect! Close to everything! I defiantly plan to book again in the future! The owner Jim and his wife Tina were so nice and helped us with any questions. Replying quickly - which was much appreciated! Loved it!

Very nice...the perfect view!

Condo was great! Very nice view of the Gulf. Very spacious but front left bedroom had no air conditioning. At night condo was a little warm. Temp wouldn't go below 73°. Kitchen could use a new toaster. The toaster is very out dated..but overall it was a nice condo! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future!

A new HVAC unit was just installed in June 2023. Don't know if the bedroom vent was closed but I will check into it. Yes, the toaster is old but works fine. From my experience, appliances made awhile ago work better than the newer junk we buy now. So glad you enjoyed your stay.

Our host Jim was exceptionally great to work with! There was miscommunication with VRBO management. I had received an email prior to our reservation with codes for gate, condo and beach gate. But 10 minutes before arriving we received new codes and an occupation form telling us we had to fill it out and submit to the front desk. It was Sunday and office was closed and never did receive information on exactly who we were to get it to them and receive our parking passes. It was a Sunday, so we checked in and figured we would take it to them the next morning. They were not open. Luckily the Security Guard was extremely helpful and helped us get the information to the correct person and gave us our parking passes.We had a wonderful time and loved working with Jim the owner and Aurturo was very friendly and accommodating with our beach service.

Great Stay

Nice corner condo unit with great views! Highly recommend. I would say there could be a few updates as far as appliances. There could also be some light maintenance done to tighten fixtures/get light switches working. Would stay again though.

Spring break with the “kids”

First trip to the panhandle and we loved it. Condo was wonderful for my 3 young adult kids, wife and myself. Weather is iffy this time of year but the beaches are beautiful and water was warmer than I would have guessed. Condo is spacious and location is perfect. The only complaint is that condo could use some updating. Microwave handle is broke but works, no pizza cutter and other small minor things. Overall, it was very comfortable and again… location is perfect. I recommend ordering Merlin’s pizza and taking a drive down highway 30A if you get a chance.

We loved it!!

This was the perfect location! Just a walk away from the beach. The view from the condo was spectacular! The kids loved the pool and hot tub. This property was perfect for our family of 6! We will definitely be back!!!

Another Wonderful Destin Adventure!

We just love this condo. This is our second visit to this unit and it was again an excellent experience. This 5th floor, end unit has the perfect set-up for our group. We especially love the large balcony overlooking the Gulf with wonderful high deck chairs. Excellent for viewing pelicans, dolphins and the waves every day. Easy beach access to the beautiful Gulf sand and water makes it a complete winner for everyone in our group to do their own beach thing. We will be back.
