Great place to stay

Clean, beautiful, huge balcony, very close to Flora Bama and other great restaurants. The owner was quick to respond with any questions we had and made our stay perfect. I highly recommend this condo.

Family friendly condo

Location was great, right on the beach close to everything you need for vacation. Modern and clean space with spacious balcony, and even had a kids pool that was 2-3 foot deep. Our family loved it!

Our quick get away

This place was perfect for our group of 9! We had 5 kidos ages 5-13 and two couples we enjoyed this condo very much! The check in was super easy! Check out was just as easy! The condo itself was beautiful the view was absolutely perfect! We will def book again.

Great location and on beach!

Property was amazing. The elevators were quick and it's directly on the beach. My only advice would be to bring a few extra bath towels. :)

Fantastic Condo Experience!!!

We stayed at this condo beginning the week of September 21,2024 and could not be happier with the visit. The property manager Liquid Life was very responsive to any questions we had and answered them very quickly. Everything was very clean and I liked the “Clean Bed Promise.” They clean “every linen every time.” Very easy access to the beautiful beach. Has a big deck, great view of the Gulf, plenty of room in the family area, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. The beds were comfortable. Very glad we picked this place for our stay on Orange Beach.

Great Condo!

For the past 3 years, a group of 6-7 teachers take a 3-4 day trip to the beach to celebrate another year of hard work. We had a great stay here this year and will consider it again for our next trip. Only thing was that condo was not ready until almost 5pm. We ended up waiting in the hallway outside the condo for over an hour.

Better than Expected!!!

We have stayed at a lot of VRBO and other rental site properties. The pictures always look great and when you arrive you find out they were taken 7 years ago. Not this room! This is the first time that the property was actually better than the pictures, it was immaculate. It is super convenient to everything and the beach and pool access is top notch. Pools and pool restrooms were kept extremely clean and the entire stay was superb. We will definitely be booking this room again soon.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay in this condo. Roomy, well furnished. Perfect for our party of 8. Loved the large balcony and gulf view. Only issue was lack of ice maker in unit or even ice cube trays. FYI bring a bag of ice. White Caps Building and grounds clean and well maintained. Security and cleaning services visible on property daily. Would stay again!!!

Great Family times!

This was family friendly! Good security!!The only big issue is there was plenty of unused parking spots that were never taken. But we were not allowed to purchase more than the 2 spots. Therefore we had to purchase off site spots , when there were ones available at this condo. The bed description was I correct in one of the rooms and we were lacking enough towels for everyone to have at least one. But overall it was a great place to stay :)

Our vacation at the beach..

Very nice condo. Parking was an issue this year. You have to pay for 2nd car and 3 rd car Must park free 3 miles down the strip. This property sleeps 11. Use to be invite your family and And park at the condo. Construction next door and below us was very loud at 8 am for my morning vacation coffee. The beach was beautiful. The seafood at Steamers was the best with Docs gumbo was Very good, Walmart and Dollar General across the street along with shops. GAS at Walmart was the cheapest. Had a nice Tanned time with my family. 🏖😎

Disappointed in cleanliness.

Floors were filthy with black dirt. I had to mop so my grandson could play in floor. Could not have been cleaned at all before us arriving. No “wrap around balcony” as described. Located directly over pools which was not ideal.

It could have been a porta potty...it still would have been positive

Thankful that the condo was actually not a porta potty, but being in Alabama in March when we live in WI is always going to be positive. Actual condo was beautiful. Deck was fantastic. Right on the beach, which is what we wanted. Wish one of the pools was heated (but that's not their fault). Had an issue with check in, but the person we contacted was great and got everything situated for us quickly. Also, one of our little one's toys was accidently left behind and the person I contacted attempted to locate said toy and that was very much appreciated. Although our sloth stuffy was never found, we feel she is out on the beach living a much better life than those of us in the midwest.

Beautiful!

This condo was beautiful! It was clean, looked up to date, and well decorated. The beds were comfortable and had clean white linen! This unit was perfectly located within the condo building. We had a huge balcony with a perfect view of the Gulf. Our group particularly loved the tall rocking chairs on the balcony. The living room had plenty of seating for everyone in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked with needed items. The unit is close to the stairs and elevator and on the same end as the beach access. The beach is a very short walk from the condo. This is the perfect place for a group to stay for an amazing week at the beach! The management company offers quick and easy communication with texting as well. I love that. We didn’t need them though!

Excellent place

When arriving we realized our check in packet hadn’t been left with our parking passes. I called liquid life and they assured me they would bring them to me as soon as they could. The condo was great fit 6 adults and 3 small children well. The weather wasn’t great so it was nice to have the pool since the waves were rough. Very convenient location very close to shopping and food. Also liked the carts to help get your luggage upstairs. Checkout was simple also. They keep the grounds orderly we seen security often. The walkways to the beach are the most convenient of anywhere I have stayed before. They are also well lit at night. It was nice to have ways to spray off when we were done at the beach at the end of the board walk. The bathrooms at the pool were convenient also. We would stay at White Caps again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in white caps! The grounds at the condo were clean and the staff were helpful and nice. The condo rooms were large and very clean. Checking in and out was very easy and loved having them text updates from the condo. The kids loved the 2foot pool to play in. The only negative was our room not having an ice maker. Not a deal breaker but with having to bring ice, it made a mess and took up a lot of space in the freezer. Also with the cost of the condo I would expect the room to have one. Over all we loved our experience and would recommend to friends to stay here.
