All brick, quality home in a quite, safe subdivision.
4 bedroom, two bathrooms one half bathroom. Solid hardwood floors throughout. Granite countertops in fully stocked kitchen, Everything you'll need for preparing meals. All new appliances. First floor laundry. Large great room with 65" smart TV. Huge MSTR suite with king size bed has a large bathroom with a two person hot tub. Two other bedrooms have a king size bed, one has a queen. Two heat/cool zone system. Beautiful back yard with woods and a creek. Plenty of deer. Two car garage with openers. Basement has live in onsite property manager. There is a locking door between the basement apartment and the main house

Welcoming host. Great location in my former hometown that allowed my family to get in some hunting and have a great Thanksgiving.

*******Terrible Experience. Don’t Risk It******We had no check-in communication with the owner prior to our stay. We contacted them the day of arrival and they said we were supposed to give them 3 hr notice, which was not stated anywhere in the posting. When we arrived the owners son was in the house having a party. He told us it was not going to work tonight and maybe not at all as the air conditioner upstairs was out and he didn’t know if he could get it fixed in the morning the next day. We contacted VBRO and got a refund.

Not cleaned well, people living in basement, only 2 K beds

This was a very disappointing stay. The description did not disclose that there were several people living in the basement. There was no lock from inside kitchen to basement, so no way to assure those people didn't enter our space. The back yard was "off limits" as were several cupboards in the home. It appeared as though people who were in the house quickly moved their stuff into the basement prior to our arrival, with a very shoddy cleaning job. Some lights and receptacles didn't have covers. I could write in the dust on dressers. There was thick dust and debris under tables. Dirty ash tray on back deck. Hair in the fridge. Many crumbs on counter. I wiped the counters and fridge and surfaces myself and the paper towels were black. The carpets were only swept up the middle of the room- there were piles of plaster board and pebbles behind some of the doors. The bed sheets did not appear clean- they were jumbled under the comforters and all wrinkled up. We rewashed them. Only 2K and 2Q beds. The house has good bones and great location- but if this is to be a rental, they need to hire a cleaning person and step it up. Should be pristine for the price, it was shabby. I have photos if need be.

Deborah s seems to have been having a very bad day. And she is lying. There is one person living in the basement apartment. This is for everyone's safety and convenience. You have full access to the backyard and the whole house. I'm sure if you drag a mop under most beds or chest of drawers at any property you could probably find dust. I'm From Rockford illinois., I recently bought this beautiful home as an investment.

The boxwood subdivision is a very prominent safe upscale location. There is a nice swimming pool available to all residents.

It's in a very quiet location on a cul-de-sac no traffic noise can be heard. The backyard opens to a forest with a stream.
