The house is big and very modern. The beds in the two smallest rooms are just ok, a bit soft. Location is a bit far from Sarasota. Neighborhood is nice and safe. There were lots of towels and coffee. Overall a good value!

Something for everyone

We loved this place! Location was great. Kids had a blast in the outdoor pool, which had plenty of water toys. Great outdoor seating area with a fan that circulated air in the covered porch. The pool table in the converted garage kept everyone happy. TVs in every room was helpful during downtime. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was very pleasant! The property had everything we needed for our 5 nights stay! Check in process was very easy and seamless. The property was spotless, well-maintained home! The neighborhood was pleasant, quiet and conveniently close to everything. Angel was an amazing host - very friendly, helpful, and always available! We will be back!

This is a truly wonderful place. The host has thought of everything. We stayed for 30 days and from the start felt like we were home.Pros:- The host is VERY responsive. I had a bunch of questions and he was patient with me and responded within minutes. We did have one problem and reported it around 4pm - right before we left for sunset and dinner. He texted me within the hour to ask permission to enter the place and it was fixed before we got home.- The pictures really match reality- Most important - it is clean, quiet and comfortable.- The pool is marvelous and nicely heated- It is close to restaurants and shopping - and within a couple of minutes to I-75 for easy access- The beach is 20-25 minutes (with traffic)Cons- The only one is that the bed is very hard and my body was sore for the first couple of nights (but this is really a preference thing, not a con)- Thats it....This place ranks as one of the best that I've stay at. Thank you
