Notre belle maison avec 6 chambres et dort confortablement 14 personnes dans 4 suites et 2 demisuites tous avec télévision par câble, et dispose également d'une piscine privée avec spa, barbecue, salon et salle de jeux.

Notre maison est très ensoleillée toute l'année, ce qui rend la piscine très attrayante pour tous les clients de tous âges. Ici vous et votre famille êtes toujours les bienvenus!

Situé dans le Bella Vida Resort, à 10 min de Walt Disney World et du centre commercial à proximité avec des restaurants et Walmart à distance de marche.

The House is beautiful and very inviting. The host was very easy to get in contact with and answered every question. My only critique would be that when guests are paying for the pool and spa to be heated it should be heated before arrival. The heater needed a part and we had to wait 2 days to enjoy the pool. The host did refund us for the 2 days which was very gracious. Overall we had a blast and would do it again. The house is located very close to all the Disney Entertainment.

Great house!

Our stay was great! There was some leaking so the host sent a plumber. She let us know ahead of time that she would be stopping by with the plumber. It did take a couple of messages before I got the info to the house like the address and the code to get in, but once we go that taken care of it was smooth sailing! We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay, nice quite neighborhood. The house does need some repairs such as: paint, microwave table doesn’t work, patio screening and did not like the garbage disposal system. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of hot water. Overall would rent again.

Slighty disappointed that there was a charge to use the grill. Also we were only supplied with 2 trash gas and 2 tablets for the dishwasher considering we had 8 people staying for 5 days. I travel alot for work and stay at 10 to 15 properties per year. With that being said, it was a nice house .

Not what we imagined

Before even arriving, I had to contact VRBO because no check in info was given. Upon arriving, the air conditioner was not working properly upstairs, and the pool was FILTHY as was the hot tub, and it was not the right temperature. We reported that, but then the pool was the same temp as the hot tub and the hot tub was running for 48 hours straight before someone turned it off but didn't clean. Then the AC started leaking so I messaged the property manager about that (we were dealing with it before that with one of use sleeping on the couch because it was too hot) and we had to have a new AC installed. Then fire alarms went off and had to contact her about that. Then the dryer took 5 cycles to dry and the oven didn't ever get to temperature and the hot tub remained unusable and the pool barely useable. After all that and my being very kind about the whole thing, I requested just one roll of paper towels and toilet paper to get it through after ALL these things and was told no. NOT impressed at all, and very disappointed because we picked a house with a pool and hot tub for a reason, and never got to use it properly. Also, PLEASE leave cleaning supplies so we can wipe down counters in between cooking. We couldn't even clean up after ourselves properly, and it benefits you as well to give us some 409 or something with actual paper towel supplies.

This place has a ton of potential

It started out rocky when our access code didn’t come through and the property manager number went to a voicemail that was a international number and in a foreign language. I had to call VRBO 15 minutes into our stay since there still was no access code sent, VRBO support got us taken care of. The next morning a guy showed up claiming he needed to fix the dryer, I checked my email and text and had nothing from the PM, we didn’t let him in. I did try to reach out to the PM before the repairman left but there was no answer. The PM was aware that someone was coming to repair the dryer but never rescheduled during our stay. The dryer takes like 4 cycles to get towels dry. The pool was dirty when we arrived but the kids jumped right in and started using it so we left it alone. The screened in porch has a massive tear in it that was repaired with duct tape prior to our arrival, the duct tape was not holding up so we had many visitors through the week, frogs, lizards, and raccoons. The things that should be cleaned were clean(bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen) but the exterior was pretty dirty, windows need to be cleaned, there was mold on the inside of one of the children’s rooms. Many of the bathrooms seem to take about 10 minutes to get warm water to the shower. This place definitely needs more towels in the bathrooms. The location is awesome and the public access (clubhouse and pool) were really nice. This place could have used an instruction pamphlet like I have seen at other VRBOs.

Beautiful villa

This is probably the nicest villa we have stayed in. Plenty of room for our party of 10. We had to chase up getting the door code before we left home which meant having to call several international numbers before we managed to get the code, which was a bit stressful. We had a couple of issues with the villa, pool spa not working, air con upstairs stopped working, but these were rectified very quickly. Following the spa being fixed, the pool and spa were left with grit and sand at the bottom which wasn't great but couldn't really be helped. The villa is fairly well equipped. We had to purchase some tea towels as only one was provided. Cleaning equipment would have been very useful, ie a vacuum cleaner or decent broom. No mop or bucket. This made it more difficult on keeping on top of the cleaning. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and from reading previous reviews, the upstairs has been updated. Shower heads in each room could do with replacing as they weren't very effective. On the whole though, a beautiful villa in a great location.

Full Family Get Together

We really enjoyed our stay in this very, very spacious villa. Positives: Excellent location, accurate description on VRBO site, great resort pool, fast response by management team to a couple of minor issues. Negs: Wi-Fi didn't work, villa pool area needs a spruce up, all cups had cracks & need replacing. Overall we were very happy with the villa & would have no hesitation in returning.

Overall a good experience

House was clean and inviting was able to check in a half hour early, inside was mostly clean, shower couldve used some more attention. The pool needed scrubbed and cleaned which the owner told me about when I messaged to ask of I could check in early on the day of. She was friendly and said the pool guy is aware and should be there that day, this was Sunday, he didn't come until Wednesday which I informed her of, the grill was out of propane as well, which we didn't know until after we bought burgers for it. I didn't ask but there was no offer for any rectification or money back for the inconvenience. Also the spa pictured is just as cold as the rest of the pool. We stayed here mainly for disney so it wasn't like we stayed solely for the property but if I were someone wanting to enjoy all of the amenities of this beautiful property it would have been a different story.

Wonderful

House was very spacious and comfortable. My family enjoyed their stay very much. Easy check in process. Great location for anything you need...groceries, gas, breakfast/dinner, etc. And close to parks. The home could use a better selection of pots and pans and new or better mattresses but I would definitely stay here again.

The house as really wonderful! Clean, great location. It could use some new pots and pans as the ones they have are very worn but other than that we were really happy with the home and open line of communication with the property manager! We were even able to get in a little earlier which was nice since we drove all night and had some very antsy kids who were ready to swim! Make sure you bring your own garbage bags and even dishwasher detergent if you plan on eating there often. Or buy paper products!

Good place to stay.

The overall place was OK. There needs to be some general upkeep of the site. The stair area going upstairs has some issues. The handrail is ready to fall off. Some spindles need to be replaced. The dishwasher unit pulls away from the casing where it is to be. We had trouble with the heat for the pool. We waited for someone to come and fix it. We were told we would receive compensation for the days we were not able to use it. We have NOT received that compensation. The sliding glass doors need to be cleaned. The track for the doors is very dirty which causes issues to close and open the door. The pool deck had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and we thank you! Please provide the compensation for the pool issues.

Nice house but needs a lot of work

The size of the house was great. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. The other living areas needed a good cleaning and there were numerous items broke. Once vbro got in touch with the property manager communication improved. She was very nice. Over all it worked but pictures need to be updated.

Great location

This location was perfect for our family of 9 to stay, have plenty of space, and easily get to Disney parks all week. We used the pool a lot as well as the hot tub. I did have hesitation because I saw in other comments that you had to "pay extra to use the pool." That is not accurate. You have to pay extra to heat it, you can use the pool/hot tub no matter what.

Very large home with spacious room in a great area.

We loved staying in the spacious home. The location was convenient to everything needed or wanted to do. However the house could use some updating. Some of the appliances were damaged or not working. The refrigerator was not keeping our food cold and the hot tub jets didn’t work. We loved spending time as a family in this home and being able to still have space to relax on our own as well. We have been to many homes in Florida and this one had the new home look with that old home feeling still. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy that comfort of your home.

The positives and negatives about our stay.

The positives: - Safe Neighborhood close to Disney Parks - Super close to Walmart for grocery pickup -Large space, the house had plenty of room The Negatives: -Poor communication with the host prior to our trip. We had requested the pool to be heated a week prior to our trip and again 3 days prior to our trip. When we arrived the pool was not heated. It was freezing cold. When we messaged the host she did respond within the same day but unfortunately after 2 days of trying they could not get the pool heated. This was a major bummer since we planned our vacation around having a couple “pool days”. -The house is not toddler friendly. There is a missing banister upstairs (wide enough for a toddler to slip through). The TV cords in the living room were exposed and hung across the room to get to the outlet. Lots of cords hanging from blinds. The produce drawer in the fridge was broken with sharp edges and my older daughter cut her finger on it. -The upstairs got really warm. We were unable to lower the AC below 73 degrees. -garbage valet/pick-up was not working. We ended up having to bring our trash to the main community garbage dump every day. Overall, I think with some updates (and a working pool heater), this place could be really great.

The outside of the house had trash in the yard from the previous rental tenants.
