The host is great to deal with - helpful & responsive. The pool was great - but the weather was not so we only used it the once. The home is spacious and our team really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this Florida VRBO! The highlight was definitely the pool—it was large, very well maintained, and nicely heated, which made it perfect to enjoy at any time of day. The house itself was clean and comfortable-everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was another big plus: close to shops, restaurants, and just a short drive to Disney. We would absolutely stay here again.

The home was cleaned very well. The parking in the community is very limited. Thankfully we only had two SUVs. The host responded to our last minute request for the pool heat rather quickly. Will definitely consider this spot in the future.

Great place to stay!

This is a beautiful house, very clean and spacious! I honestly enjoyed every minute that I stayed in this house, everything was perfect, floor felt very clean, bathrooms were very clean as well, the only thing was the house next to us was very noise (for one night only) but other than that, it was perfect. Thank you for making our vacation very special, I felt at home

Universal Escape

This home is in a great location for airport and Universal Studios. The home is exactly a picture or better. My only suggestion was a new king size bed for one of the upstairs bedrooms. The host are extremely helpful and the pool and mini TVs were enjoyed by my family.

This property has all the amenities for a large family. It is very large and very clean. Each room has its own bathroom. This is excellent. It is located close to Disney World. I highly recommend this house. Thanks Lourdes

Great Overall Experience

I had all information (address, door code, gate pass) within two days of booking. When I asked for another gate pass for an additional vehicle, they had it to me within 24 hours. Entire process was very simple. House was clean and perfect for our stay, would definitely stay again.

The entry through the main gate was terrible at times we had to wait 15 minutes to get to the guard and then there was always an issue and the process of taking a picture of your plate and finding you on their iPad took another 5 minutes. This happened every time even when I had left for 10 minutes to get gas. Upon arrival GPS took us to the residents entrance and we had a difficult time finding the main gate also If you use GPS to go anywhere it takes you to the residents exit within the community and you can’t get out. I realize that GPS isn’t always accurate however sine this is a vacation rental and one can assume the most are unfamiliar with the place it would have been very helpful to have included directions in the check in email that I received 2 days before arrival date. The 4 upstairs en-suite’s were spacious and comfortable for our 5 teens. We chose this property because the layout worked to keep all the kids together while allowing my husband and myself to stay on the ground floor due to his mobility issues. The bed in this room was like trying to sleep on a lumpy slab of concrete. There was no blanket, the pillows were hard as rocks. After the first night of no sleep I had to go out and purchase pillows and bedding at my own expense. The bathroom has a tub/ shower and due to the lack of a grab bar to get in and out was unusable. Thankfully there was a walk in shower in the first floor game room otherwise my husband would not have been able to shower at all.

House was wonderful, but paid for the pool to be heated and only worked the 1st day and the last day, did not heat up for 5 days and talked to people that were taking care of the house didn’t respond to me in the last day , and no money returned, not fair tool the money quickly but the return

Just to clarify for future guests: we weren’t made aware of any issues with the pool heat until late in your stay. Once it was brought to our attention, we promptly arranged for both maintenance and our pool repair contractor to address the problem. We did everything we could to resolve it quickly, and we also issued a refund for the pool heat. We always strive to deliver a great experience and respond fairly when issues arise. Check-in process was easy, House was very clean and spacious! The AC was also great even at 75. The house also have good curtains that keep the house temperature of the AC. Every room had a bathroom, kitchen provided enough utensils and equipment to cook, the refrigerator also good kept the groceriesband drinks cold. The pool was very clean as well and good depth for all all ages, great lighting for the pool.
