LES GRANDS GROUPES sont notre spécialité. Le Beach Lodge, récemment redécoré, peut accueillir confortablement 22 personnes, avec 8 chambres individuelles, 3 salons avec canapé-lit et 4 cuisines. Nous sommes situés dans le meilleur quartier de Condado, Ocean Park, qui est branché le jour, calme et confortable la nuit.
Ce lodge de plage est unique en son genre dans la région de San Juan.

Notre emplacement est littéralement à 15 pas de la plage et à 5 minutes à pied de la nouvelle rue Loiza, célèbre pour ses restaurants locaux et ses boutiques. À seulement 15 minutes à pied du cœur des casinos de Condado, de la vie nocturne et du quartier commerçant haut de gamme.
Pour les clients qui louent des voitures, nous avons deux places de parking disponibles. Uber est également une option. Le lodge se trouve à 7 minutes en voiture du vieux San Juan et à 30 minutes en voiture d'El Yunque.

La propriété a été récemment rénovée et décorée avec une ambiance beach chic. Des lits, des salons, de l'art et de la climatisation neufs ont été installés. Nouveaux téléviseurs intelligents avec Netflix, Hulu, Pandora et de nombreuses applications au choix. Et le plus important, l'Internet haute vitesse.

Nous aimons notre maison à Ocean Park et voulons que nos clients l'aiment aussi. Nos voisins sont des familles formidables qui vivent dans l'océan depuis de nombreuses années… alors, gardons-les heureux. Pas de fêtes, Interdiction de fumer à l'intérieur de la maison. Les niveaux de bruit doivent être minimaux après 22h. Bonnes vibrations seulement.

Arrivée à 15h00, départ à 11h00, mais nous pouvons travailler avec votre groupe si ces heures ne correspondent pas à vos plans de voyage.

Great House!

This prime location was perfect for our group. We were able to get to all of our planned activities easily. The property is spacious and is right on the beach. The lay out of the house creates privacy for everyone staying there. Highly recommend this spot for big groups that want to be close to the beach.

This is my second time coming to this property with a big group. Plenty of space for everyone to have separate beds, perfect location right next to an awesome beach. It's also walkable to groceries, bars, restaurants and everything. Highly recommend this place

Great location for big group

The property was just steps away from the beach and large enough to house our big group. Bars and restaurants are within walking distance along with grocery store. Host was easy to get ahold of and made the check in process easy and even allowed us to store our bags when our flight got in at 9:30AM while housekeeping was finishing up before check in. Definitely recommend for a group trip.

Great Stay Near the Beach

Property owner was very communicative/responsive leading up to the trip as we were all coming from mainland US and had several questions on the way in. The house is great with 8 bedrooms (and at least 2 big suites in the adjacent house). Property is generally clean and very well located 2 doors from the beach and within walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants. Area appeared very safe too including walking around at night. Wifi and TVs all seemed to work well too and there are several fridges on property. We were several guys on a friends trip and I would recommend this to anyone.

My 50th Bday celebration

Spent the week with friends and family to celebrate my birthday. 18 of us at this house and another 6 nearby. We all lasted thru tropical storm Ernesto at this house, it worked out perfectly. The generator was a blessing and kept the lights/TV/AC running, so we kept comfortable. Michael was great with communication and checked up on us. We had a blast!

3 nights in San Juan not far from the airport and old San Juan

We had three families stay at the property. It was clean and very close to the beach which made it nice to go back and forth. There was plenty of space for all three families to spread out and get some privacy. We had a hiccup upon arrival with no power but that was due to San Juan having blackouts throughout the city. Michael, the host was easy to contact and once the generator was up and running, we were able to settle down until the power came back a few hours later. It is tight street parking, but The property easily handled our three vehicles. We felt secure especially as the property across the street had security guards outside 24/7! We would definitely stay again. It is a great location

The property has a wonderful location and it is a short Uber ride from most local attractions in San Juan Pros Close to beach Great food, bars and stores are a short walk away. Has generator Cold AC Several private security guards on the street. Cons Furniture looks warn Kitchen in main house missing tile backsplash and had no cover over plug next to the faucet. The plug over the sink is not GFI compliant. Chipping paint in areas Noticable water damage. No window treatment, so the sun will wake you up. My guess is the place is still recovering from the last storm. If you are looking for luxury this may not be the place for you. If you are looking for a place to lay your head in a safe area this is for you.

Graduation trip

The property itself is laid out nicely and good location however, it has a holding tank which we were not made aware of the water only lasted a day and a half We were told it was not normal yet. No one came out to fix or look at it. Just the men who filled the tank. And awaken accommodate the number of people the home holds we were late for our graduation party and then a day and a half later had no water again unable to flush toilets. Take showers We missed our dinner reservation another day so that was two days we were unable to participate on time for family events, we had to find other places to shower No one ever reached out to discuss any kind of compensation. It was mentioned, but never addressed would not recommend unless there’s only two of you.

Excellent location

Visited San Juan for our niece's wedding. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for our family. Location was excellent - close to beach and walking distance to many restaurants/shops. Michael our host was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you!

Wonderful Host!

First, the location of this property is entirely too perfect - 1 minute walk to a GORGEOUS beach, 10 min from the airport, 5 min walk to great restaurants, 10 min from amazing nightlife. I can’t speak highly enough of the host, Michael, who went above and beyond during our stay (for 15 ppl) during an unprecedented ISLAND-wide power outage that lasted several days. Despite the unavoidable circumstances of the outage, Michael had a generator set up for us and electricians working on our property basically around the clock to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. Michael was very easy to communicate with and was local so could stop by when needed to check on things. He really takes care of his guests. We ended up having an incredible and highly memorable weekend, in spite of the unfortunate timing of Mother Nature !

Would definitely stay again

9 ladies were there celebrating my 50th birthday. The property was in a great location (within steps of the beach). The house was spacious. The water pressure and amount of hot water wasn’t that great in the main house, but it was manageable. The property manager was good with communicating with me, My only real complaint was the AC in one of the bedrooms didn’t work. It was quite warm in that room. If the AC gets fixed, this property would be perfect!

Location is great

I wanted to rent this place for my 50th birthday. When I read about the restrictions and the 50/50 chance that we may not be able to enter PR due to the results of the COVID test, I tried to cancel and the owner pretty much denied the request. He stop responding to my messages. We got there. The location is great! Only a few steps from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants! The house is not as big as described! It’s 3 apartments all fenced in together. There is no oven, wash cloths are NOT provided and only 6 towels, central air is not provided, only portable a/c units, the WIFI sucks. It’s not strong enough to cover the 3 units. You have to literally go shopping to get trash bags, paper towels, wash cloths, towels. Practically everything. The owner did not return calls or messages until the next day. Parking is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this house unless you like 1 1/2 star places and if the beach is all you need then this is your place!

Great trip!

We had a fantastic time at this home. There were 14 of us for 4 nights and the house had plenty of space for us. We loved being so close to the beach and to activities in San Juan. Michael was super flexible on check in and check out and helpful when questions came up throughout the trip. The wifi did not work during our stay, and we also were lacking a few kitchen supplies that we would have hoped to have (trash bags, salt, pepper, oil). The neighborhood was quiet and we all agreed that the house could not have been better for our large group. Noise does not travel throughout the house at all, which was perfect when some people went to bed early and others stayed up to chat. I totally recommend staying here!

Ok house in a great location

This house is in a fabulous location—beach is a minute away, lots of cafes, bars, restaurants in the neighborhood, easy access to Old San Juan. The house itself is pretty basic, with not many amenities. There are three kitchens but no oven (the owner did provide us with a grill upon request). We wound up buying and leaving a blender, a couple of pans and some utensils to make cooking easier. The bathrooms in the main house are small and need updating. Our very large group had a great time because of the location, but we would not rent this house again.

First family vacation 2019

The place was perfect. Everyone had their own room and we loved that we had two private rooms separate from the main house. The kitchen had your basic needs for quick simple meals. The house was surprisingly cool since the AC's were only in the bedrooms. The fans helped circulate the air. We even had a quick 2 minute walk the beach.

It was just ok!

The house is close to the beach which is a plus. If you are a large group that prefers to cook your meals, this probably is not the best place. The kitchen was lacking necessary items, and we found it challenging to navigate. The house is made up of sectionized apartments which made it difficult to monitor the group of middle school students we took. Parking in front of the house was also tricky; people who visit the beach sometimes occupied the parking spots in front of ​the house which made it difficult to find alternative parking. Overall, I did not find anything impressive about this house other than being close to the beach.

Puerto Rico Wedding

The beach is about 3 houses down. I got married on the beach and the house worked out perfect for my close friends and family. This place is family friendly. There is a playground for the kids about a 5 minute walk down the beach. The house layout is 3 separate units. 2 one bedroom units (upper and lower) each have a fridge, small dinning area, and private bathrooms. The 3rd, main unit, has a fridge both upstairs and down stairs. Downstairs is the main kitchen. It has 2 tables and a stove. The only negative thing I can say about the kitchen is it only has a small toaster oven and microwave. No regular oven. Downstairs has 1 king bedroom and couch, 1 two twin bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, and a shared bathroom. The upstairs has 2 queen bedrooms, 1 two twin bedroom, a shared bathroom, and living area with TV setup with Chrome. The washer and dryer are in a closet in the back of the house. The house also has a gated court yard for the kids which needs a key to get both in and out so you don't have to worry about them walking off. Michael was very helpful in addressing my questions. The location was just outside of the downtown district to provide for a short $8 uber ride to old San Juan. Ubers are plentiful. We really had a great time and enjoyed our stay and may consider coming back for an anniversary.

Fantastic location, perfect vacation

This was a great setup for family and friends of large groups (we had 20 adults). The compound is made up of 3 different units all within one wall so it's good if you want a bit of privacy. Each room had its own AC unit and there was a plethora of shower and beach towels upon our arrival. It's a 10 second walk to the beautiful beach and a 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars, Walgreens, and a pharmacy. Would stay again!

Great location and perfect size for our large family

Great location, steps from the beach, and plenty of room for the 20 of us in my party. We went to Puerto Rico for a family wedding and needed a place large enough to house the many family members. ,This property is comprised of three units, 2 1 bedroom apartments to the left and connected to the 6 bedroom house on the right. It was the perfect size and set-up for our large group. I was impressed that it was fully stocked with supplies, utensils and linens and was well maintained. If you are needing to house many people, in one location,then I would recommend this property.

Spacious, charming, and super close to the water. What else could a large group of visitors want!

We loved our stay at this place <3 Came with 16 friends for a birthday and we all had our own beds, 4 bathrooms, 4 kitchens - it was an awesome experience we were able to share and this house helped make it so memorable. The ocean is super close, just a short walk to the beach. Ubers were also able to take us into old San Juan at an affordable price! Close to the house is a yummy bakery, a coffee shop, and lots of food, drink, and shopping options. We loved our stay and will likely use this house in the future for other trips to the island. Hosts were very accessible via the app and we had no issues checking in or out. Kitchens were stocked with the bare necessities (plates bowls cups forks and knives, and coffee markers and pots and pans). If you want to cook, you’ll need to bring your own salt pepper oils - that kinda stuff. But with groceries near by- it was not an issue for us. AC always worked, water and bathrooms working - we seriously had no complaints. Thank you again for a great stay!!!
