Escapade paisible en chalet près d'Ellicottville et Holimont.

Belle cabine toute saison. Se trouve au sommet d'une colline avec son propre étang privé sur 4 hectares de propriété. La cabine principale est de 850 pc et a une cuisine complète avec réfrigérateur, cuisinière électrique, micro-ondes et cafetière. Deux lits queen, mezzanine, salle de bain complète, TV, laveuse / sécheuse, poêle à bois et grande terrasse. Il y a une mini cabine détachée de 400 pieds carrés qui a un lit queen, salle de bain complète, mini-réfrigérateur, micro-ondes et télévision. Les deux cabines sont chauffées et climatisées. Immense foyer avec vue sur l'étang avec grill pour le dessus. 25 minutes en voiture rapide à Ellicottville, NY et la station de ski Holiday Valley! Endroit idéal pour le camping, la randonnée, la chasse, les sports d'hiver ou tout simplement pour se redresser, profiter du feu et regarder les cerfs prendre un verre tôt le matin hors de l'étang. Les télévisions par satellite sont compatibles WIFI et le service de téléphonie cellulaire est généralement bon dans la cabine pour installer un point d'accès mobile. Il n'y a pas d'Internet. Les deux cabines sont incluses dans le prix de location. Arrivée à 16 h 00 et départ à 11 h 00. L'étang n'est pas rempli de poissons. Nous n'acceptons ni espèces ni chèques pour le paiement.

Great Stay. Wonderful property and had a great time. Did some hiking nearby at Boyce Hill State Forest and a trip to Letchworth State Park and enjoyed Ellicottville. This was a great homebase for our adventures and loved sitting by the campfire admiring the pond and wildlife.Would certainly stay there again!

My friends and I have stayed at this place about 6 times in the fall. We all love it especially the campfires and they also supply the wood which is great. We will be back in the fall.

Family Vacation

Loved the property! Was a much needed relaxing vacation for my family and I. Our 2 year old Husky loved it as well! Definitely recommend and a day trip to Letchworth State Park is only a 40 minute drive.

Amazing getaway experience!

This place was exactly as described. It was so nice to be able to watch the leaves fall and have a cozy fire when it got cold. The cabin next to the house was so nice to have a separate space but all be on site with our family. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful getaway!

Had a fantastic stay! This is our second visit and we will be making it an annual tradition! Wonderful private pace with a pond that has a ton of wildlife. Additional side cabin for extra guests. All ages will love this place. Super pet friendly

Awesome getaway

This was our 5th trip to this cabin. We really love the remote area and the atmosphere. This year it seemed a little more worn and we had a minor issue but overall it’s a great place!

Fabulous Getaway

Beautiful property just as described. We had an issue with the TV and they were very responsive. We ended up wanting to stay longer and they were very accommodating and allowed us to finish out the week at the cabin. Will certainly be back again in the near future.

Beautiful cabin, delightful annex cabin

We loved this gorgeous cabin and annex cabin. New, fresh, clean and in a beautiful setting. We used it as a home base for Holiday Valley skiing. We would definitely stay here again. Frank and Stephanie were very available for any questions that we had. Our questions were quickly addressed. They have provided just about anything you would need for a weekend away from home.

Absolutely stunning cabin.

I rented this cabin for an annual girls weekend get away, our stay couldn't have been better! The cabin itself is stunning, newly remodeled and perfect. The cabin was fully stocked so it made packing a breeze. The decorations, and the whole feel of the cabin even down to the bath towels and pillows were better than most pricy hotels I've stayed in. The location was perfect, secluded yet close enough to Ellicottvile. I had a few questions in which I reached out to the owner and she responded within minutes! I will definitely be booking again!

Happy New Year!

With everything going on this year of 2020, and limitations on travel, we decided to try something different this year. We decided to have a staycation within the home state and within a few hours of home. We decided to start the new year quietly and with just our family. We found this listing and it looked fantastic. The photos and description were on point. The property is out of the way, quiet and beautiful. The middle of winter and the great windows overlooking the lake and woods set the perfect setting for a fire in the stove and time together. With a full kitchen, plenty of sleeping space and wood for the fire, the stay was great. The proximity to Ellicottville gave us plenty of time to ski, shop and eat in the local restaurants over a few days. It was a great way to celebrate the new year in a warmth, comfort and ideal setting. We look forward to revisiting.

Great secluded getaway

We stayed recently with our adult children for a weekend ski trip. This was our second visit to the cabins and we enjoyed it as much this time as our previous visit. It's about a 20 to 25 minute drive from Holiday Valley, so not a bad drive. The cabins are in a wooded setting down a long drive, so the location is very private. With fresh snow, the scenery was beautiful and absolutely serene. The only caution I would provide is to make sure that you have a vehicle that handles the snow well - AWD or 4WD preferrably. For this trip we rented a 12 passenger van so that we wouldn't have to drive 2 cars. On our first morning when leaving to ski, we were stuck in the driveway and couldn't make it up the slight incline of the driveway. Finally, with the help of a little kitty litter and everyone pushing, we got the van out. From then on, we parked at the end of the drive and walked (probably about a 100 yards or so). All in all though, we enjoyed the weekend and would definitely stay there again.

Plan on acquiring local dry firewood if there's been recent rains, as provided wood is uncovered and wont be in a condition to burn.The cabins were great. If you like to cook for a lot of people you might need to bring your own stuff.

An unbelievable vacation for all ages

This was a beautiful cabin that was perfect for sour whole family with two dogs! An amazing pond behind the cabin with frogs which we had fun trying to catch. Took a walk around the pond everyday. Went down into town where we enjoyed food from Frankeez and Rizzos. Ellicotville is just a short 20 minute drive. We will absolutely be back again!

Serene location

Beautiful property. Pond, fire pit and cabin were great- well maintained. The bedroom in the additional cabin could have been a little cleaner, but overall a lovely property. 4 acres were great for privacy and room for dogs.
