Cozy 1-bedroom lovenest in Covington with AC, WiFi pet-friendly fenced backyard

Escape to our pet-friendly love nest in a beautiful century home in Covington. Thoughtfully designed for with vibrant, retro touches in a cozy space, this stylish hideaway is the ideal setting for couples to relax and reconnect. Your furry companions are welcome too, with a shaded, fenced-in backyard for them to play. A short ride or drive to the best restaurants and drinkeries in the area for a night on the town, or enjoy an intimate night in cooking in our fully stocked kitchen.

This one-bedroom love nest is on the first floor of a duplex, with the owner/host living above. There are a few steps required to enter the house from the front (3) or back door. The apartment has direct access to the fenced-in backyard via the back door. Off-street (1 space) and on-street parking available. Check-in by electronic keypad.

The house is located off a main road in an urban/industrial area so you will hear road and city noise in the living room. The bedroom has a queen-sized Nectar mattress and is located toward the back of the apartment with a pocket door that blocks most of this noise. Blackout blinds, curtains, a white noise machine, and HEPA air purifier help to block light and noise so you can get some rest. Security cameras located in exterior facing away from the apartment (in backyard, facing the street in front, and doorbell camera to owners unit next door)

One crate for a medium-sized dog is available upon request. Please provide your own pet bed.

Gigabit internet and a dedicated desk and chair are in the bedroom. Smart TVs in living room and bedroom signed into Max and other streaming services.

Take the 7 bus or a short (5-10 min) Uber to get to Mainstrasse (Main Street), downtown Covington, downtown Cincinnati, and Newport. 15-min drive to the airport. 15-min drive to Northern Kentucky University. Less than 5 min to Kroger. 10 min to Walmart. Half-way between Creation Museum and Ark Encounter.

Level 2 EV charging is available upon request.

Guest access
Guests have access to entire first floor of apartment. The front porch and backyard are shared with the host/owner.

Washer and dryer are available for stays longer than 5 days and is located in the basement.


House Rules
Pets should not be left unattended in the apartment outside of a crate. Please discuss with host for pets that cannot be crated.

The fireplace is inoperable.

No smoking or vaping indoors. Outdoors only please.
