••Adults renters must be over the age of 25. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by parents and/or adults over the age of 25 who make up the majority of the party. For security purposes, please provide a copy of your photo ID within 24 hours of booking and a complete list of guests with their ages or we reserve the right to cancel.

••Any pets or extra people brought to the house are a rules violation and will result in an extra charge of $500 and immediate removal with no refund.  
••Guest late check out is billed at $50/hour round up every 30 min. ••Smoking tobacco/marijuana/other inside is a $500 fee.
