Very clean. Ran into a couple of issues, no propane for bbq. Katie did offer to drop off yo us but we already cooked our steaks in the kitchen instead of bbq. Also there was no water for 2 three hour periods because the water pump was broken. No fault of the host but very inconvenient.

For us it was location, location, location and having 3 bathroom for 3 couples with the pool side grill. We had a nice and enjoyable stay!!!!

Fort Myers family wedding stay

The home is very clean with ample bedrooms and baths for our party of 5 adults. Great stay for our first trip to Fort Myers area. With rental car, had easy access to all nearby areas. The pool is a definte plus. Thanks for hosting!

Father of the bride

We traveled from Jacksonville for our daughter's wedding. The property was clean and well-stocked with incidental items. Quit neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, and the outdoor kitchen was a big hit.

This property is in a safe and convenient location with 4 sizable bedrooms and updated bathrooms. The pool area is beautiful, and if it were maintained would be stellar. The area around the pool was not maintained and frankly, dirty. The outdoor fireplace didn’t work, the solar lights did not work which left very little light outside without the sun. the table on the deck was filthy, when we closed the umbrella, dirt rained down on us which was disgusting. The outdoor grill worked great. During our stay of 3 days , we lost water 4 times. No water to shower or flush a toilet or wash your hands. This was especially awful as we were visiting for a wedding and could not shower ahead of time. The host did respond after 30 minutes of being contacted to offer us a hotel room near by but unfortunately, we did not have time. There was no notification that water could potentially shut off. Check in was smooth but there was no information about the property except for the WiFi. There was a washer dryer which is a plus. The beds were comfortable and the indoor space was clean. Ac worked well. I would not stay here again given the inconveniences and the dirtiness. But with some love and attention this could be a great property.

Completely updated residential home in a quiet and clean neighborhood. I would give ten stars if I could. Pool and patio was gorgeous! Plenty of room for five of us-could easily accommodate eight.

Absolutely outstanding. Everything you need to enjoy yourself. Marble everywhere! Amazing pool area. You will not find a better property dollar for dollar!
