Enjoy lake-life to the fullest on the decks of this spacious and stylish lake home!
With 5 beds, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, wrap around deck and patios with amazing views, outdoor dining and lounging spaces, firepit and grill, Wi-Fi, multiple TVs, jetted tub, walk-in shower, fireplace, fabulous open concept and eat-at bar with a fully equipped kitchen this is the perfect place to relax when you're not out enjoying all that Canyon Lake has to offer.
Note: No parties or events are allowed at this home.
Home Details:
After being blown away by the views from one of the multiple decks, or watching the deer that frequent the area, make your way inside to find the open kitchen, dinning and living room area on the main 2nd floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to entertain and cook for your friends and family. The over-sized windows surrounding the main room make sure those amazing views keep on coming. From there you'll enter the master king bedroom with its own fireplace and en-suite bathroom with jetted tub and walk-in shower. After that, checkout the other upstairs queen bedroom and bathroom before heading downstairs to reveal the 2nd living area, kitchenette, wet bar, bathroom, and third bedroom with a queen bed and twin-over-full bunkbed. In the evenings gather around the firepit, enjoy one of the outdoor sitting areas, or cook dinner on the charcoal grill to cap things off! Parking should be enough for 4~ cars, or 2 cars with a truck, trailer, and boat, as well as some street parking nearby. And after letting yourself into the home, the entire place is yours to enjoy except for the locked garage and owners closet.
Check-In and Other Important Information:
In this age of technology, it is no longer necessary for guests to directly interact with the property owners in person. After booking is confirmed, all the information guests need to gain access to the house and enjoy their stay will be shared, including the main-door key code and internet Wi-Fi password. However, if a situation does arise, assistance is always available via email/messaging or phone if help is needed.

Canyon Lake is surrounded by rolling hills that are spotted with homes of all shapes and sizes that sit above the many water-front parks and water recreational areas. The main roadways that circle the lake and connect all the major lake areas are lined with restaurants, bait-and-tackle shops, cliff walls, bars, and water recreational businesses. Canyon Lake has a relaxing feel and pace to it, but everyone can enjoy the lake at their own speed. Being that Canyon Lake is a somewhat rural area, personal vehicles are the primary mode of transportation. Ride-sharing solutions such as Uber / Lyft are available in the peak summer season, but might be limited during the winter months. Don't forget to bring your golf cart to explore the neighborhoods!
Location Information:
Centrally located on the south side of Canyon Lake in the Startzville peninsula, this house is super close to all the fun! Comal Park and the closest boat ramp are only 5 minutes away (1.6 miles), and multiple lake parks, marinas, fishing spots, and tackle shops can be found in under 10-15 minutes. The famous Whitewater Amphitheater music venue and Guadalupe River Horseshoe area tubing experiences are just under 15 minutes away. Startz Cafe, Gennaro's Trattoria, and Bare Bull BBQ, some of the most highly rated restaurants of the lake, are only a few minutes from the house. If cooking is your thing, Lowe's Market is just 10 minutes away for all your grocery needs as well as a Dollar General and similar stores. New Braunfels, Gruene hall, Schlitterbahn Waterpark and Guadalupe/Comal River tubing are just under a 30 minutes drive. The San Marcos Premium Outlets are a 40 minutes drive. And lastly, Wimberly is only 40 minutes away, San Antonio at 50 minutes, and South Austin at 1 hr 10 minutes.
