This is a duplex, meaning it’s one house divided into two separate apartments, each with its own entrance. Please drive all the way to the back for parking, and avoid blocking the driveway entrance to the backyard.

Pet Fee:
$30/night, but can vary depending on number of pets, breed, etc. (negotiable for longer stays).

You are responsible for picking up after your pet while on the property and while in the neighborhood. Please BE RESPECTFUL.


Important Information Before Your Stay:

A $300 refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. This will be refunded within 7 business days after checkout, provided no damage has occurred.

A rental agreement must be reviewed and signed before check-in.

The place was cozy and well-decorated, with a great location close to everything. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for a nice weekend stay.

We found the property, which is in an older townhome, to be in a very convenient location for our Charlotte visit. We were initially disappointed to realize that there is not a queen bed in the living room (as implied in the property description), though there is an airbed that can be set up there. We had some safety concerns, which I reported to the owner after we left. The rear entrance was unlit and the step from the parking area to the deck (which leads to the back door) was loose red brick that shifted underfoot. Inside, there was a very loose doorknob on the bathroom door, two exposed electrical outlets (one also lacked a faceplate), and the dining room light switch was broken.

Charlotte gem

Great visit to Charlotte! The house andProperty were perfect for our stay. Super nice neighborhood! Can walk to coffee shop, food lion, amazing pizza restaurant and local pub. Highly recommend this rental in a neighborhood setting while still minutes from South End and Up Town.

Great style and location. Lots of orginal features mixed with updates. As others have mentioned super convenient for groceries, dining, and more.

Great for experiencing Charlotte

This home was very cute and in a great neighborhood. There is a coffee shop, local pizza place, Food Lion and so so much more just walking distance from this house. Our only complaint was that there was an old bar of soap in the shower, couch cushions were dirty, white towels had a bunch of stains, freezer was wide open and door was already unlocked when we arrived. We suspect that this was the cleaning crew's doing and can all be fixed for future guests. With that all being said, we would probably stay here again - no bugs, safe neighborhood, clean beds, clean floors, working appliances, A/C& Heat were great, easy parking and walking distance from awesome spots.

Short distance to the doctor’s appt. Walked across street to nice restaurant. Very clean and comfortable.
