The property was excellent and just as described! The garage parking was a big bonus, was able to fit my Mazda CX5 SUV in it. Also the pack and play for our toddler was perfect and included a mattress as well.Derek was also very prompt and made sure we had everything we needed.

A Perfect Stay - Highly Recommended

We had an incredible stay at this vacation rental! Before we arrived, the host was very accommodating to our last-minute modifications and we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could have asked for. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals.The location was ideal—just a short drive to everything yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. We especially loved spending time on the patio, soaking in the stunning views and relaxing. The kids had plenty of space.The host was amazing—responsive, friendly, and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.This home is a gem, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable getaway!

Clean, comfortable, stylish, well equipped & in great location

Walked in, and the most obvious thing is that the place is so very clean. It felt clean underfoot; counters were sparking; toilets were sparkling! It couldn't have been any cleaner. Even the garage was clean. And the trash/recycling cans. But before I even got there, Derek was proactive and responsive. Directions and instructions on getting in were easy to follow. The place is an easy light-rail-and-bus ride from SEA. Then a several-block hike up a moderate hill. There's a cozy and hip coffee shop (with a decent cappuccino) practically across the street. Great market, about half a mile a way - and restaurants, etc. It was walking distance (less than a mile) to shopping, food - even Trader Joe's (but I recommend the local market!).I took the lower-level bedroom and bath (separate). Bedroom is not roomy, but it is sufficient, and had a suitcase stand in addition to nightstand drawers. Bed was perfectly comfortable with clean, high-end linens and a choice of pillows, several of which were perfect.Both bathrooms had shampoo and conditioner as well as lotion and facial cleanser. Very nice touches. Towels are large, thick, clean, and fluffy. Bathtub on lower floor was deep and wide - luxurious. In-room heaters and thermostats were easy to use and worked perfectly. Enough windows opened to get a breeze.The kitchen is very well equipped with pots and pans of useful sizes. There was even a French Press and programmable electric kettle. And Brita. Washer and dryer worked.
