Gem sur Park Hill - cinq minutes à pied de la plage. Découvrez la beauté naturelle de la côte centrale californienne dans l’une des rares maisons cambriennes d’origine. Ce bungalow pittoresque de deux chambres avec un salon confortable avec une cheminée et un solarium clair et spacieux se trouve à distance de marche de Moonstone Beach, du parc Shamel et de la réserve de Fiscalini Ranch. Partez à la chasse au verre de mer sur la plage ou promenez-vous le long des falaises rocheuses et regardez les loutres de mer craquer les coquillages. Cette ancienne maison cambrienne a été achetée au début des années 50 par une enseignante qui a déménagé à Cambria pour élever ses deux enfants. Il appartient maintenant à la troisième génération et meublé avec amour avec certaines des pièces héritées de la famille. Située à proximité de la ville, cette maison de plain-pied accueillant les animaux de compagnie constitue une part parfaite de la vie cambrienne…. Allez en ville pour votre café du matin et votre journal. Découvrez les artisans locaux en ville. Explorez les bassins de marée! Family Time in Cambria

This house was perfect for a getaway with the in-laws. We loved the cozy home and the location was perfect. We had an amazing time and the beds were comfy. Would definitely stay again.

The walk on Fiscalini Reserve boardwalk was memorable and beautiful. I will return.

Love Cambria!

Our stay in Cambria was really wonderful. Cute house with lots of small separate sitting areas. Very close proximity to the beach and hiking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The process for rental was easy. The location was nice and close to the dog approved beach. It took about a 4-5 minute walk to get to the beach entrance. You could see the sunset from the balcony of the apartment. All the furnishings were nice and sufficient. It is an odd style layout, but good for group or to have some alone time away from teenagers. You could put them in the apartment above the garage and then the house is a 2 bedroom, one bath. Or if you went as a friends group, it’s a great value for the money. I would definitely stay there again. It was perfectly dog friendly and well located. The only downside was that the apartment above the garage had a pull out couch for the bed, and likely not comfy. I think if there was a full bed there, it would have been perfect.

Another great visit to Cambria! We’ve stayed in this house twice now and it is perfect for our needs. Great location, close to the beach and lots of places to walk to. Hoping to visit again soon!!!

Spring Break in a Quiet Retreat Near the Ocean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beautiful cottage was a perfect getaway for a quiet, relaxing spring break trip with my daughter and our dog. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook, and both grocery stores were a short drive from the house. The beds were the most comfortable of any rental home I have stayed in. The location was perfect for walks along the coastline. For people with allergies, the house on arrival did have a musty smell that took a day to dissipate with open windows. The property management team was very helpful and offered to purchase an air purifier, which ended up not being necessary. The Wi-Fi connected seamlessly. There is a small TV in the living room which we did not use. It was cloudy and in the 60's during our stay, and we loved the heat and ambience of the fireplace in the living room. From the bedrooms you can hear the sounds of the waves in the distance as you fall asleep.

Best place we’ve stayed in Cambria

We had 3 tiny pupps and 2 kids, so finding a place within walking distance to the beach, that Fit us all, and was affordable, was hard to find. This was basically our only option but it turned out so great. They have a little sunroom and it was amazing drinking coffee in there. The check in process is annoying, as I drove to the property only to realize you had to drive back into town to get the keys.

It was cozy, clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Breakfast in the sunroom was a highlight. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Some of the doors in the main house wouldn't shut all the way. The loft is newer and in good condition. I will say, however, that the sofa bed is rather hard, but ok if you're used to a very firm surface. Overall, the house had everything we needed and it was very cute with its rustic and cozy decorations. The location is perfect in the neighborhood as it was about a 5 minute walk (or less) to the beach park. The loft also has a wonderful view of the ocean.

Wonderful place, amazing company to work with

We had rented another VBRO and found out the day before the owner had discontinued it. VBRO was not very helpful but we called Kimberly at Scenic Coast Property Mgmt and she pulled out a miracle. She even had the house ready a day early. LOVED the house, super cute and a short walk to the beach. We stayed with our dog and it was just perfect. Appreciated the spices in the cupboard and the variety of kitchen tools as we cooked a number of meals. Bed was super comfortable. Washer and Dryer worked great. Overall a wonderful six days in a beautiful part of the world.

What a cute place

This is a very cute property. It was very clean and just a couple blocks from park and beach. However, if you are looking at the pics and it looks as if the backyard is fenced in, it is not. There is a fence at the back of the property but it belongs to the adjoining property and does not enclose area. Cute area in the front to sit out. Driveway very steep, but packable. There is a garage, but it is not for this unit. Must be for the unit on top of the garage. Very quiet neighborhood.

It had what we needed except for a few things.The patio has a table with benches but not useable as no outdoor umbrella was provided, but the umbrella stand was there. The sunroom is great for cool days but too hot if the sun shines, so the umbrella would be an affordable addition to improve customer experience. The owner accepts dogs. A dog bed would have been great. There are no washer/dryer in the house for longer stays.

If you are bringing a pet, just be aware there is no direct access to the very small fenced front yard. We happened to be there on the 3 hottest days of the year and with no A/C it was to say the least "toasty". FYI, we bought a fan which hopefully is still there. The Wi-Fi never worked but that may have been a system wide problem...maybe. The living room couch and chair are at best uncomfortable. The home is well stocked, the management company is very responsive, and the house is very cozy. It does not have a "Welcome Book" so you will have to figure out restaurants, local sites, how to work the TV, the fireplace, etc. all on your own. When you arrive, you will see a garage and second floor unit at the end of the driveway. Unless told otherwise, which we weren't, the driveway is all yours and you will have keys to get into the garage where the washer/dryer and BBQ grill are located. We are telling you all of this not to complain, but to make sure you are aware what to expect.
