Bienvenue dans notre nouvelle demeure! Notre maison de rĂȘve est la nĂŽtre Ă  partager avec vous et votre famille! CrĂ©ez de merveilleux souvenirs dans ce magnifique emplacement de Cambria Park Hill, Ă  quelques pas du parc Shamel avec vue sur l'ocĂ©an et emportez avec vous vos vins Paso Robles ou Templeton prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s sur notre plage arriĂšre-cour avec des bancs de parc et des vues pour toujours!

Nous accueillons les chiens et les enfants bien élevés (pas de chats, nous sommes désolés - allergies!). Faites des promenades le long du magnifique ranch Fiscalini sur les falaises - à seulement 1/4 de mile jusqu'au début du sentier.

Qu'aimez-vous faire sur la cÎte centrale? Goûtez le vin, observez les baleines, visitez le chùteau de Hearst, Cayucos, Morro Bay, et n'oubliez pas de vous asseoir sur le pont avec votre café et de contempler la partie la plus merveilleuse de notre cÎte californienne. Cambria est connue pour les pins et la mer, notre ville pittoresque et ses attractions mensuelles, du festival de l'épouvantail au marché de Noël en passant par le marché fermier du vendredi, les feux d'artifice du 4 juillet au parc Shamel et bien plus encore! This house was beautiful! A view to the ocean, a great conversation, living room area, a well appointed kitchen, a dining table that would seat 6- 8 easily and very comfortable beds. I would recommend this spot to anyone.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beach house! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect. We love staying here for the quiet, beautiful views and close beach access. The home is lovely with a fabulous kitchen, great linens and wonderful welcoming flowers and wine. Always super clean and pet friendly. The hosts Terry and Dave are great and easily available by text or phone.

Every year our family enjoys a leisurely road trip up the coast, staying at Terry and Dave’s each time. As usual, this year’s trip was extraordinary and revitalizing! “Magical” is a perfect word for it! The house is clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. The neighborhood is so peaceful and relaxing. Nothing beats watching the sunset from your own balcony. We’re so thankful for this yearly tradition and can’t wait for our return next year!

Terry and Dave's Cambria house was wonderful for our family stay (me, wife, and son and daughter in their early 20's). Nice location with water views. Had everything we needed. Accomodations were very comfortable as was owner communication. Enjoyed a local hike, good food nearby and checking the oceanfront during some downtime. Would highly recommend. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful property. Comfortable for 6 adults and 2 children. Well stocked kitchen with everything labeled so we knew where to put kitchen items after using them. Just a short walk to Fiscolini trails and Moonstone Beach. We love the property and location and plan to book another week for next summer. Owner friendly and easy to talk to.

What a fabulous get away! The home was clean, comfortable and with lovely views.Although there were enough rooms for more people, we only needed the upstairs bedroom but appreciate the space and dog friendly back yard. Our golden retriever got a break from the heat too! We will definitely stay again. Cambria is our go to place.

Amazing Beach House

This was our 3rd straight summer in Cambria and the first at Terry and Dave‘s Beach House. This house was perfect for our family of six and 2 dogs. The home is impeccably decorated, appointed with everything we needed for our five night stay and comfortable in every way. We are already planning our next summer trip to this amazing house! The property is spacious, nicely decorated and furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the ability to sit comfortably around a dining table or on the sofas to chat and hang out. We also liked that it's centrally located, minutes from beaches, trails and Cambria town center.

Comfortable Elegance

This is one of the very nicest VRBO's we have ever stayed in. It is kept beautifully, clean, well stocked, and fresh flowers on arrival. The cozy mornings by the fireplace. Sun on your face in the afternoon on the deck. The amazing park on the bluff just steps away. So much to love. That is why we keep coming back. Thanks the wonderful hosts for making us feel so welcome.

Amazing!

Gorgeous property we had the best time! Spacious, beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and comfortable. Ocean views from every room on the 2nd floor including from the enormous soaking tub. Kitchen well stocked with anything you can possibly need. Host was very kind and responsive. Two houses from the ocean & a very short walk to fiscalini reserve. Great small grassy yard if you are traveling with pets. We can't wait to visit again!! 10/10

Retreat by the Sea

This is a home away from home. Not only is the location great and the house spacious, it is well appointed and the hosts have seen to every necessity. It is obvious they take great pride in their home, because it is spotless and every room is decorated and ready to go. It is super close to the West Village and Moonstone Beach. Plus, there are beautiful bluffs just steps from the home. The hosts checked in with us and appreciated feedback. They are kind and attentive but not over the top. You should definitely stay here. The master is on the top floor and feels miles away from the other 3 rooms making this a great stay for friends or extended family but might be difficult if you have tiny kids. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful, cozy home in fantastic location!

This home is the ultimate vacation stay! The furniture and beds were all very comfy; and the furnishings were lovely. The location was amazing - easy walking access to the beautiful coastline and gorgeous views along the way! It was a short drive to see the elephant seals or the sea otters. The host was very helpful with questions prior to our renting it, as well.

Perfect spot for a girl’s weekend!

The location was wonderful! We walked to the Fiscalini trail and to Moonstone Beach. The house was beautiful and perfect for our girl’s trip. We cooked dinner in one night and went out to eat the other. It was a lovely weekend!

Great Getaway

We had an amazing Friends Trip at Terry's house. The location is wonderful - steps to the water, close to everything you need in Cambria, and centrally located to things to do (i.e., Hearst Castle, wine tours, etc.). The house is beautiful and has everything you need. Terry is a great host and communicated with us ahead and throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We have enjoyed renting homes all over Cambria and felt that Park Hill was the best of all worlds being so close to town, Shamel park and a quick walk to the trail head of the Ranch.
