~ The two additional bedrooms are equally luxurious. The second guest suite features king-sized beds, private bath with a walk in shower, and a private balcony exit to the oversized oceanfront balcony. The third suite features a comfortable queen-size bed, each suite offering A TV, ample closet space, and tasteful decor that enhances the tranquil beach atmosphere. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or a group of colleagues, everyone will have their own personal haven to enjoy. The condo comfortably sleeps up to six adults with an additional two twin size roll away beds that could sleep two additional children.

~ In addition to the exceptional living spaces, this luxury condo offers a range of amenities to enhance your stay. Start your day with a swim in the sparkling outdoor heated infinity pool, or enjoy a soak in the hot tub while taking in the ocean views. The condo also includes an amazing fitness center complete with lifting machines, free weights, cable pull downs, cardio equipment, and a. dry sauna. You also have access to the community room that has a billiards table, as well as the sundeck, and the business center.


*OTHER THINGS TO NOTE*


Minimum age: 25 (minimum age of primary renter)

1. Management fee is $145. In being as transparent as possible with this fee. Vrbo just does not have any realistic coverage for guests. VRBO had two options that we think are pretty poor choices. Option 1 the guest pays a non refundable $79/$1500, $99/$3000, or $129/$5000 in coverages which only covers for contents and does not cover structure (Ie you leave the faucet on and flood a room = not covered) We've had some pretty large guest "oops" before that have made us realize this is necessary to protect everyone. Option 2 was pay a a way to large refundable security deposit. Neither were great options. Because of this we have sought sufficient outside coverage for guest incidentals to make sure us and you as a guest are covered from minor and major "oops" scenarios.

This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals at a residential building.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need. This owner also supplies each guest with a few coffee pods/creamer as well as a small bottle of hotel style shampoo, conditioner, body soap per bath.

CHECKOUT: is at 10:00 am

PARKING:
~ ONE garage spot with 6'7ft clearance guaranteed.
~ ONE garage access pass to the first come first serve spots in the lower garage (6'7ft) for a second vehicle (If the complex is full parking for a second vehicle may not be available)
~ If your vehicle does not fit in the garage you will have to find other parking accommodations.
~ NO THIRD VEHICLES.
~ NO TRAILERS.
~ NO OUTDOOR PARKING ON SITE.


CHECKOUT LIST:
1. Wash & dry one load of towels (no folding needed)
2. Put dishes in dishwasher and start prior to leaving
3. Strip beds that were used and leave next to the bed
4. Take the trash out
5. Set AC back to 78
6. Make sure sliding doors are closed
7. All keys/fobs left on the table
8. Report if anything was broke or lost during your stay
9. Let Lucas know once you have departed
