Thank you for staying with us! We're glad you found the cottage cozy and centrally located. We'd like to clarify the microwave. We've chosen not to provide microwaves at this property because cooking odors linger and affect the next guests' stay. We pride ourselves on clear communication about what we do and don't provide, and we share it at every step: on the listing before booking, in the reservation confirmation, in a "Friendly Reminders" email sent two weeks before arrival, and on a framed "Helpful Reminders" sign in each of our 22 properties. We're sorry the stay didn't fully meet your expectations, but we were not made aware of any concerns during your visit. Our team is always available 24/7, and had we heard from you, we would have gladly suggested nearby spots for a hot drink or meal. We do send a text the night before their booking, at check in, and the next morning to ensure everything is okay with each guests unit - providing ample opportunities to raise any concerns or make any requests :) We encourage all guests to reach out directly during their stay so we have the chance to help!
