Il suffit de penser au sujet d'une visite à la plage calme l'esprit et apaise l'âme. Les eaux bleues tranquilles et sucre sable blanc de la Côte d'Emeraude invitent. Le bruit des vagues et la sensation apaisante de la musique live appellent. Et il n'y a pas de meilleur endroit que "Seafoam" pour donner le ton pour un séjour relaxant!

"Seafoam" est une élégante maison côtière caractérisée par son vaste plan d’étage conçu avec soin. Il dispose d'un bien-nommé, cuisine situé au centre qui ouvre sur des espaces de vie et salle à manger spacieux qui en fait l'endroit idéal pour plusieurs familles ou des vacances en groupe. Deux ensembles de portes françaises encadrent la cheminée à l'arrière de la maison et ouvert à un coin salon extérieur invitant idéal pour savourer un cocktail et l'air vif du soir. Lorsque vous avez besoin de vous détendre, vous pouvez vous piéger à l'une des quatre grandes chambres supplémentaires qui dorment confortablement onze. Chaque chambre dispose d'une salle de bains privée et est équipée d'un téléviseur à écran plat. La chambre principale du premier étage a été aménagée avec un mobilier flambant neuf en 2019, notamment un ensemble de matelas Stearns et Foster.

Le premier étage de la maison offre un espace absolument fabuleux pour tout le monde pour recueillir. Que ce soit la préparation d'un repas, bénéficiant d'une collation ou d'attraper le match à la télévision; tout le monde est toujours ensemble. La chambre familiale est équipée d'une grande télévision à écran plat, lecteur Blu-Ray, la télévision par câble numérique set top box, et haute fidélité, entourent le système de son stéréo. La maison dispose d'état de l'art service Internet haute vitesse sans fil. La buanderie / salle de bain au premier étage située sur le côté de la maison comprend une laveuse, une sécheuse et un évier pour la lessive.

Cette escapade idyllique est nichée sur Sailfish rue au sein de la communauté Seacrest Beach. Seafoam est proche de toute l'activité sans l'agitation d'être sur l'artère principale. Vous êtes à quelques minutes de la piscine de la lagune de signature qui, à 12.000 pieds carrés, est la plus grande piscine sur 30A! Comme vous vous trouvez à proximité de la face de la sous-division, les belles plages de South Walton sont une promenade rapide en voiture. Si vous ne vous sentez pas comme la marche et le transport de votre matériel de plage, il suffit de composer l'un des tramways Seacrest Beach communautaires (opérant Mars à Octobre) pour venir vous chercher à votre porte d'entrée et transporter votre parti sur la plage.

La maison est à distance de marche des restaurants, des boutiques, des magasins de bonbons, et les cafés de Rosemary Beach, Pavillon Peddler et Alys Beach. Great place for us for Spring Break. One of the first houses in the neighborhood but also not on main road so little traffic and very convenient to walk to the beach.

I have rented many places in this beachside community and this was definitely the best. Wonderful kitchen, made cooking fun and enjoyable. I highly recommend the home to anybody.

Lovely vacation location

Overall, the property was just as advertised. The location was perfect and the property management company was extremely responsive to any issues we had. It was central to many incredible restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. And it was about a five minute walk to the beach, which was very manageable. We all had a great time.

Beautiful House, Awesome Location!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was large, clean and had a kitchen that was stocked with every utensil, device, Tupperware, etc that you could ask for! There was more than enough room for our group of 8 and you could not beat how easy it was to walk to everything including food, entertainment, the beach and pool! It was hard to leave!!!

It's hard to pick a favorite feature of Seafoam, but we certainly agree that being so close to the front of the community is wonderful. You're virtually across the street from the beach access point and you're equally close to both Rosemary and Alys Beach. You're steps away from the Pizza by the Sea, La Cocina and the latest addition to the neighborhood, Market 27. House was beautiful and had plenty of room for 8 of us with bathrooms in all bedrooms. House was located in a great location close to beach and pool. With that being said….the one downfall was the crowd at the pool ALL of the time and NO chairs ever. The beach was extremely crowded with five rows of rentals

Seafoam Serenity

This was our 6th year at Seacrest and by far, this was our favorite property to date. The open-air design and proximity to the pool, shops/restaurants, and beach was perfect. The convenience of having bikes on the property at no charge was an added bonus. Sandra was a perfect host and quick to answer any questions we had. Thank you to the team at 30A Sea Story, we can't wait to book our next trip.

Great house for a large group, perfect location

This house was awesome for our group of 7, and would have slept more than that no problem! Loved the location, large kitchen and bikes included. Was really convenient for each bedroom to have it's own bathroom. Management was quick to reply with any questions. Love the close proximity to beach, pool and downtown festivities! This is our fifth time to this beach and probably the best overall house we have had so far when it comes to size and location. Thanks for a great week!

Excellent house for a group

The house was very spacious and has everything you need for a large group. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and each bedroom has an attached bathroom (nice for privacy). The neighborhood is in an excellent location and walkable to anything you need. The property manager, Sandra, was fabulous and answered all my questions in a friendly and timely manner. We would definitely stay here again. **My ONLY complaint is the about the beach area. The beachfront during Spring Break for this community is very, VERY limited for the amount of homes/people in the neighborhood. If you don’t rent beach chairs from the beach rental company set up there, you have nowhere to sit. They tell you “behind their chairs”, but we sat down in 2 different places and were asked to move so the security/safety patrol could drive through. It is THAT crowded (and miserable). Make arrangements to go to a different beach area during Spring Break and you will be ok. Otherwise, you will not even be able to SEE the ocean.

Great House

The home is nearly perfect, my only hesitation is the beach access and pool capacity. I’ve rented homes in Cape San Blas and St George island over the last decade and was used to actually having some beach to use. The area for Seacrest is wayyyyy too small to enjoy, 6 rows deep and elbow to elbow. Forget throwing a frisbee or enjoying the sand. And don’t try to take anything with wheels on the walk to the beach, even though the signs don’t mention it there is a guy guarding the sidewalk from evils of coolers with wheels. The pool is lovely, however unless you wait 30 minutes prior to it opening at 8:30 forget getting a seat before 5 pm. I have a lovely home with a large pool, I don’t have a beach. So summary is -lovely home, community and area- if you really want to enjoy the sand you might want to do more research. There is a public beach which we didn’t go to, with 6 kids with you we didn't want to load the 2 cars for a daily excursion.

This property would have rated considerably more, however the cleaning crew did not do an adequate job for a higher rating. The floors had been washed, but it appeared they never changed out the water for the entire house. All baseboards and had dirty water splashes and visible dust and dirt. The floors in general were not clean. An upstairs bathroom vent had visible mold which should have been discovered upon the previous cleaning. The ice maker was so slow in producing any ice we had to buy at least 3 bags of ice (for a 6 day stay). It was impossible to regulate the temperature in the house. Downstairs was freezing, while those sleeping upstairs were HOT. The kitchen was very well outfitted for a large group and the layout of furnishings for our family was great. My recommendation would be to require more of the cleaning crew for this property…particularly in these times.

Wonderful time on 30A!

We had the best time in this home! It is so conveniently located between the pool and the beach, and we loved everything about the house. Definitely rent extra bikes at close by Peddler’s Pavilion. We didn’t even get a rental car - everything was a bike ride away! Thank you for the lovely stay!
