Welcome to The Beach Club at Pearl Street—nine updated 1BR condos just 140 ft from the beach in the heart of Beach Haven, offering short-term rentals. Each unit includes a king bed, full bath, full kitchen, pull-out sofa, oceanview patio, AC, and parking. 2 beach badges included. Walk to bars, restaurants & shops. We provide linens, towels, hand soap, paper towels, dishwasher pods, hairdryer, and iron. No toiletries, beach gear, washer/dryer, or daily cleaning.

We’ll text you your 4-digit code as soon as your unit is ready and will do our best to get you in early, even though check-in is technically 3 PM.

Excellent Spot!

Been vacationing in Beach Haven for over 20 years, and this is one of the best places we've ever stayed! It's so close to everything, including the beach and the shops. Had a wonderful time, and cannot wait to return!

MDW 2023 Anniversary

This place was perfect for my wife and I. We were celebrating our anniversary during MDW 2023. It was very clean and had everything we needed, from a comfy bed, stove top and small kitchenette. The biggest perk is that we were 50 ft from the beach! Soooo lovely. We love Beach Haven and this place is centrally located to everything. Another perk we weren’t expecting was how close we were to public tennis courts that are free after 12pm. We were able to get a round it before leaving. Melissa was also super responsive and accommodating. Very grateful for such amazing hosts!

Very small place but convenient location

Our family of 3 barely have room to sleep in the condo. Kitchen is very small, impossible to cook a full meal and right space to eat. Otherwise place is clean, very close to beach, restaurants and activities for kids. There’s a deck with tables but without umbrella so not useable during the day because it’s too sunny and hot.

Beach Club

Melissa and Rick were amazing! They were available anytime via text (should we need them) for any minor questions or info. The apartment was a cute 1 bedroom efficiency with a large refrigerator, microwave and stove. Super cute decor all around. Bed was very comfy and the place was just overall very clean. Walk 50ft to the beach! Parking was a breeze right in front. We’ll be back. Thx again!

Great Location!

My husband and I own a condo in Beach Haven but we couldn’t accommodate all of my family visiting from England. This unit was the perfect size for the 3 additional family members. The unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped. They loved the location and enjoyed their morning coffee on the upper deck. Melissa and Rich were perfect hosts and went out of their way to make sure we were happy.

Lovely stay

Spend Memorial Day Weekend on LBI this year and found this 1 bedroom via VRBO. The check in process was a bit confusion at first in regards of who to contact but once that was sorted out, Melissa was great. She offered us the night before complimentary and we had our access code the day prior. The unit is very small but definitely serves its purpose. The location is great.

Very close to the beach!

The best part of this place is the location! It is right near the Pearl Street entrance to the beach. It is about 100 ft to walk and no crossing of roads! We were on the 2nd floor and there were two chairs out on the landing to be able to sit out, if we wanted, with a view of Beach Haven. We could see most of the Fantasy Island Fireworks for Labor Day weekend just standing outside our room. The only downside to being close to the beach, is that you are farther from downtown Beach Haven, and parking is definitely an issue depending where you are going into town. Room was nicely decorated and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway

There are no negatives about this property. It is in a great, walk to everything, location. Close to the beach, clean, comfy bed and quiet. Our only issue is booking through VRBO resulted in paying much more than booking directly...won't be doing that again!!

Family weekend getaway
