Centrally Located!

The condo is located right off of the causeway bridge, therefore it makes you centrally located on the island with access quickly to everything. The home is bright and cheery, clean and modern. An exceptional stay for those with small children as there are games and child proof outlets and gates. I was there with my wife and teen aged children and we also enjoyed the house. Three houses from the beach, nice patio, second floor deck and two parking spaces. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby depending on how you vacation. And some of the best ocean water anywhere! Anyone renting here will enjoy their stay!

Best vacation ever!

This cozy condo was the perfect place to stay on Long Beach Island! The condo was clean, fresh and was stocked with everything one could need. It even came with beach chairs, umbrella and beach passes. The ocean is literally steps away and the beach is vast, beautiful and clean! Everyday we commented on the perfect location this condo is located at...one street away from the main bridge, which made travel on and off the island quick and painless. Though I have to say, we never left, except to grocery shop the first day and ferry into New York City for a quick visit. Long Beach Island has everything, from ice cream/restaurants/coffee shops to cute stores/shops/boutiques to an amusement park! This vacation was the most fun we have ever had together as a family!! Kelly and Sebastian-THANK YOU for allowing us to stay at your home-away-from-home !!

We had a wonderful stay here with our two kids (4 & 6). Location is ideal for heading to/from the beach with little ones. The size of the condo was perfect for our family and came stocked with amenities, including everything we needed to enjoy our days on the beach (plus toys for the kids!). Kelly and Sebastian are superb hosts - highly communicative and understanding, addressing all of our questions and concerns to make our stay all the more enjoyable.

Great Vacation

We had a great time entertaining our Grandson and Family at this property. The location was short walking distance to the beach and all that you needed to spend a glorious day at the beach was at the condo. Highly recommend for a family of 5 or 6.

Perfect for our family

We had an amazing time on our vacation. The condo was lovely and a great location. Super close to the beach and we were also able to walk to many restaurants, mini golf, and shops. Kelly and Sebastian were very easy to get a hold of any time I had questions prior to our arrival. We would definitely rent again.

Great condo and location. 3 or 4 houses from beach.

Condo was clean and spacious enough for a family of 4. Great location very close to beach and lifeguards. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
