Bel appartement de style loft avec vue sur l'océan et le pont expansif

Situé dans les collines de Villa Borinquen, pittoresque Casa Coqui Verde présente de belles perspectives de Vieques Sound, East Puerto Rico, et El Yunque, ce qui en fait une base agréable pour explorer l'ßle de Vieques. Situé à cÎté d'une route rurale isolée à environ un mile et demi de la pueblo de Isabel Segunda, notre belle maison d'hÎtes est parfait pour ceux qui viennent pour la retraite reposante et de détente.

Notre confortable appartement expansive, ouvert de style est nommé et décoré avec un flair des Caraïbes bien. Le logement couvre plus de sept cent cinquante pieds carrés d'espace ouvert. Jusqu'à cinq personnes peuvent profiter confortablement deux lits doubles et un canapé-lit. Dix pieds de plafonds ventilés par les ventilateurs font circuler l'air frais tropical jour et nuit. Il est également équipé de la climatisation si l'on obtient un peu trop du soleil à l'une des belles plages de Vieques.

L'espace extĂ©rieur privĂ© avec un gazebo et chaises longues offre une vue spectaculaire ombragĂ©e Ă  la mer, idĂ©al pour profiter de petit-dĂ©jeuner, des Ă©toiles de haute mer Ă  regarder, ou de comptage. Notre zone d'hĂŽtes est fermĂ©e et accessible sĂ©parĂ©ment depuis la maison principale et la cour oĂč vous pouvez garer votre voiture en toute sĂ©curitĂ©.

Our gracious hosts, Valerie and Freddy, greeted us when we arrived. They showed us around and made us feel right at home. The apartment is a very large room with high ceilings and comfortable furniture. In case you think the deck could not possibly be as large as it looks in the photos, you would be wrong. It's huge and the view of the hills out towards the sea is gorgeous!

We had a wonderful stay! Freddy and Val were very accommodating and had everything that we needed. We really appreciated the extra effort they put in to make sure we had transportation upon our arrival to the island. Having snorkel/beach gear was also very thoughtful. We just needed to stay a few more days!!!

Lovely apartment and fantastic hosts

This is no “basement studio” rental—the apartment is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and includes a very large walk-out deck with outdoor shower and sitting area. Anything you could want for visiting the beach (snorkel, chairs, towels, umbrellas) are included, and the hosts are a wealth of information about local spots.

Super place!

We loved everything about this property. Just outside of town with amazing view but close enough to run in for dinner. Nice location to go in either direction of the island. They were so nice and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!! enough!!!

Amazing stay near Isabel II

Casa Coqui Verde was the perfect place to recharge after exploring the island of Vieques. The loft is spacious and clean, with plenty of fans if you want to enjoy the ocean breeze and air conditioning if you prefer to sleep a little cooler. Freddy was so kind and met us at the car rental to guide us to the loft. You definitely want an SUV for the rugged roads. Val and Freddy even shared bananas and star fruit from their property with us! Thanks for helping to make our first trip to Vieques so memorable.

Island getaway

We enjoyed our time at Casa Coqui Verde. It is very peaceful as it is nestled in the hills of Vieques. The hosts were very attentive and helpful.

Hidden gem off the beaten path

Freddy and Val’s place is a must stay for those looking for those looking for ultimate relaxation in a beautiful location. From the airport pickup and grocery store run Freddy and Val could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Their home is equipped with everything you nee - a small but fully stocked kitchen, beach gear including towels, chairs, a cooler and snorkel gear as well comfortable and spacious living a d sleeping space. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Amazing

The hosts were so accommodating and kind. The spacious room had two large beds and a side patio overlooking the ocean. Everything we could have ever needed was there. Very quiet for good island sleeping.

Wonderful Stay!

We completely enjoyed our time here. The apartment was very clean and provided everything we need. The views were beauiful and we felt very peaceful and relaxed. Val and Freddy were very helpful and took care of anything we needed, and yet not in the least intrusive. We are very happy with our choice!

Spaceous and clean

Our family and me enjoyed our stay here. The y have a lot fruiting trees and plants around the property and we got to eat them as much as we can. The host were very kind and came all the way to pick us from the rental car location. The views from the balcony were amazing. They also have all the stuff for beach activities like umbrella, chairs, coolers, snorkeling gear and fishing rods.

Freddy and Val were gracious and accommodating hosts. They picked me up at the airport, took me to get my rental car, and were always communicative and helpful. The unit is spacious, and the view is even more amazing than the photos! I would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay

Great place, very clean, very large. Can't beat a washer/dryer on a beach vacation. We used Freddy's car, which was perfect as their are limited options for car rentals during the high season; it was a beater, but perfect for hitting the beach and not worrying about leaving a little sand inside. THERE IS NOTHING LIKE VIEQUES!

Great Hosts!

Freddie and Val went out of their way to make our stay an enjoyable and memorable one. Freddie even inflated the tire that had gone flat on the golf cart I had rented. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and the veranda offers great views of the surrounding area. As other guests have mentioned, snorkeling and beach chairs/umbrella are available during your stay. We definitely hope to stay here again.

Little piece of paradise

We had a fantastic time at casa coqui verde. Val and Freddy have built a little piece of paradise, and we are so happy they are sharing this with us. Both are just the nicest people - they even picked us up from the ferry and brought us back as well. They are going above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. We will for sure be back.

Amazing stay!

I could write a book about how perfect our time in Vieques was! Staying at Villa Borinquen was just the icing on the cake. Freddy met us as soon as we got off the ferry and allowed us to rent his car for a few days to explore this magnificent island paradise. Their home is secluded, on a hilltop with a nice breeze, perfect for a relaxing evening after hitting the beaches all day. The property is fully stocked with everything you need. Lots of beach chairs, coolers, snorkeling equipment, etc. We will definitely be back!

Originally from Ireland, Val retired to Vieques in 2014 with her husband Freddy. We had been coming here on vacation for 7 years before that, but the very first night we stayed I said to Freddy "This is it!" He asked me what I meant and I said "This is where we will retire". We have traveled extensively in Africa Asia and Europe but Vieques is home. Vieques is very laid-back and will grow on you!
