Welcome to the Charm of Churchill, a private getaway for 1 or 2 nestled in a historic Stillwater neighborhood. This cozy studio apartment is just a short walk from Stillwater's downtown Main Street, where you'll have easy access to all the shops, restaurants, coffee shops and attractions that make Stillwater a year-round beloved destination. The studio is situated alongside an 1892 Victorian home above a modern garage, with its own private entrance and keypad access for guests.

Inside, you'll find a relaxing space with a gas fireplace, queen-sized bed, a full kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, and a bathroom with a tub shower. Owners clearly communicated a simple check in process and had several framed signs answering common questions (wifi, thermostat m, etc). In terms of cleanliness, the apartment was immaculate.

My husband and I came to stay for my birthday. At the time when I was looking for a place to stay in Stillwater, I first tried the hotels downtown, but I am so happy they were all booked up, because that’s what made me check Verbo where I found this adorable place. Charm of Churchill is such a perfect name because it really is so quaint and charming. The hosts have paid attention to all the details and make it so comfy and fun to stay here—I wish we could have stayed longer! The fall decor, the games, the books, the coffee and tea, the hand written welcome note, all enhanced the stay!My husband and I love to be active when we travel, so the 15 minute walk downtown didn’t bother us at all. If you don’t prefer the walk, there are plenty of city parking lots to quickly drive to.If we come back to Stillwater, we will definitely be rebooking, and we will suggest this option to our friends and family. Thank you!

Charm of Churchill stay

The Charm of Churchill was a really nice property for our stay in Stillwater. The location really couldn’t be better being in historic downtown Stillwater, just a short walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants. The amenities were thoughtful and included a well-stocked kitchen to a comfortable bed with different pillow options. The host made everything so easy with contactless check-in, clear communication, and a helpful welcome guide with their contact info readily available. The space itself was one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in and was beautifully designed to honor Stillwater’s Victorian charm while providing all the modern comforts. The tasteful decorations and attention to detail truly made the stay memorable. Plus, the neighborhood was so quiet, making it easy to relax and feel at home. If you’re visiting Stillwater, don’t hesitate to book this fantastic property!
