Holcombe Loft - Studio Apartment in Historic Stillwater MN

Welcome to Historic Stillwater's South Hill. Located blocks from downtown Stillwater in a charming historic neighborhood. Enjoy the Holcombe Loft with a comfortable king size bed, gas fireplace, kitchenette, washer & dryer, and gorgeous bathroom. The loft is located above a detached garage. There is a separate entrance for you to enter the space and have complete privacy. Enjoy the fresh air in the screened in porch attached to the garage. Driveway is shared with the main house, you will have a designated parking spot.

This loft offers many amenities and is perfect for those who want to come home and relax in peace for the perfect home away from home experience.

We offer:
Free Wi-Fi, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels. Bathroom has a bathmat and hair dryer.

Plates, glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses, bowls, toaster, blender, baking pans, water filter, kettle, Keurig single serve and drip coffee, french press, microwave, and refrigerator.

Other things to note:
The Holcombe Loft is a 1/2 mile walk to downtown Stillwater. The walk back to the loft is uphill. The tv is a smart tv and has Netflix and Prime Video logged in. Only one parking spot available in the driveway. Ring cameras are used on the front and back of the main house for safety. Upon booking acceptance, rental contract must be signed and a copy of driver's license provided.

We had a great weekend at this rental. The owner was fantastic to communicate with the place was super nice. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. It has everything you could possibly need in it, including heated floor in the bathroom I love the shower. I would highly recommend staying here nicest place I’ve ever stayed.

Lovely Getaway

My mom and I came to Stillwater for a girls' trip, and this was the perfect place to stay - clean, amazingly comfortable bed, space to hang out, a well-stocked kitchen, beautiful windows, and excellent communication with the host! We will definitely be back!!

Convenient clean space

Grateful for this stay and will most likely be back for our annual weekend! Very convenient location close to Main Street, but only a few miles from main highways. Very nice use of space and they have everything you may need available!

Great place to stay

Easy to find. Easy to access. Very clean, comfortable, and private. Very close (.5 mile walk downhill) to the main strip with many options for restaurants, shops, the river, etc. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway from the twin cities.

Modern, cozy, clean, and centrally located!

We loved staying in the Deidra's well-designed loft apartment! It was spotlessly clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. We liked having our own private entrance and not having to worry about anyone making noise around us, since the loft is above the garage. The coffee bar with all of the coffee and creamers included was a really nice touch. The bed was super comfortable and the gas fireplace made the apartment seem extra cozy. Located in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the hustle and bustle of downtown. We would definitely stay again!

A little heaven in Stillwater, MN

If you're visiting Stillwater, MN and are looking for an absolutely lovely place to stay - this is it! Deidre is a wonderful and helpful host. Along with ideas of what to do in Stillwater in the unit, Deidre gave me great ideas herself for my visit. The property has easy access, the unit is clean, spacious and looks even better than the pictures show. Access to downtown is so easy and close. The neighborhood is wonderful for walks and doing a little sight seeing of incredible and historic homes. I am looking forward to coming back in the Spring and I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else!

Girls Weekend

This property was perfect for my sister and I to have a girls getaway. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with special detail to all the amenities we needed. The bed was super comfortable, we had morning coffee on the screened in porch and the location was just a few blocks away from wonderful restaurants and shops in downtown Stillwater. We would definitely stay here again!

Holcomb house

We had a great stay. The room was as stated and so cute and comfortable! Bed was super comfy with nice soft sheets. We absolutely loved the bathroom style. We were in town for a half marathon and it was an easy walk to/from town (a bit of a hill but not bad at all). Would definitely stay again!!!
