With a private heated pool (heating available by request for $50/day), backyard terrace and screen-in lanai, a fully equipped kitchen with dining for large groups, and endless games, itâs the perfect spot for family vacations, golf trips, or a beach retreat with friends.

Harbor Retreat sleeps 10 guests across 4 dedicated bedrooms:

Guest Access:
Guests will access the home via smart lock; codes will be sent the morning of check in.

âą Beaches: Multiple beaches within 5 miles. Indian Rocks Beach is a 10-minute drive - a local favorite with uncrowded sands, free parking, and excellent dining like The Original Crabby Billâs.
âą Nearby attractions: Florida Botanical Gardens, Largo Central Park, golf courses, plus Clearwater and St. Pete just a short drive away.

Getting Around:
Rental cars are strongly encouraged; ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are available though wait times may be quite long.
Other Things to Note:
1) We Are Dog Friendly (Dogs Only)
You're welcome to bring up to 5 dogs total. The pet fee is $185 for the stay, plus any applicable taxes. This fee helps ensure the home is thoroughly cleaned and free of allergens for future guests.
Please remember that dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. If excessive pet hair is found that cannot be removed with standard cleaning, additional charges may apply. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any pets other than dogs.
2) Cameras:
Outdoor cameras are used for security purposes and are checked only in case of emergency. Cameras are not used to monitor guest behavior, nor do they face inside the home. Locations: at all major entrances.
3) Coffee:
All Boutiq homes provide a drip coffee maker along with premium ground coffee. This home does NOT have a Keurig.
4) Pool Heating:
Pool heating is $50 per day, for the entire duration of your stay or a 7-day minimum. There is no hot tub. Pool heating requests and payments must be received 48 hours before check-in. The pool will be set to heat to a temperature of 85 degrees.
