Relax with multiple families at this quiet and peaceful home minutes away from multiple beaches. Less than 1/2 hour away from Clearwater Beach and the City of St. Petersburg/Tampa. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and a living room with a sofa bed brings the total of 9 beds.. 2300 SF single-level house on a 0.3-acre lot. The heated pool is 6 feet deep and a good size. All bedrooms/living rooms come with big smart TVs with blazing fast Internet connection. Lots attractions are short drive away (Busch Gardens, parks, aquariums, etc.) Tons of restaurants and supermarkets (Publix/Walmart/Costco/BJ/etc) are minutes away.

Great stay. This was the Perfect layout for a big family. Entertainment for everyone. Host is awesome and responds quickly to any inquiries. Would stay here again.

Looking fir a home away from your home

My family and I came for a getaway before the kids went back to school. The house exceeded our expectations.Close to grocery store, restaurants and beaches. I would definitely recommend this house to my family and friends. And if we come back to the area we will definitely rent again.

Great place to stay!

I can't say enough positive things about our stay. The owners are very communicative. The house is in a great location just minutes from the beach. Lots of space for our family to spread out. Nice, warm pool! Linens and some towels were provided. I would recommend bringing additional towels (which we did). Would most definitely stay here again.

Great house, close to beaches and parks

Our family enjoyed the stay. House was well equipped with plates, pots, cups, dish soap, coffee, salt, pepper, paper towel, tissues, etc. There were beach and pool toys. The host was very responsive. Would def recommend.

Great place and location!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The place was perfect for our family. It was nice having 2 living spaces, 2 tables and we even had fun competing with each other on who got high score on Pac-man! :) The screened in patio was nice and we enjoyed the heated pool. Every time we had to contact the property manager, he got right back with us. Great location...grocery stores right around the corner and only a short drive to the beach. I would definitely stay again!

Family birthday trip

Beautiful property, very spacious. Loved the pac man game. The place just needed to clean more thoroughly like under the beds were full of dust, the pool was not heated as they said. The front door kept giving trouble to open with the latch. Overall the place is in a great location and lots of room.

Clean

Home was clean and had plenty of place settings for our early Thanksgiving meal. There were more pots & pans than most properties which was great. We couldn't figure out the can opener, even after checking YouTube videos. We did not enjoy video cameras being all over the property, especially in the backyard over the pool.

Not wheelchair accessible

The Good Home is nice. Beds were comfortable. The pool was nice but smaller than it appears in the pictures. The Bad Listed as wheelchair accessible and it’s not. You can get the wheelchair in the house, but not without assistance. In addition, the person won't be able to shower or use the restroom as every door to a restroom is only 22" wide We had several conversation with the owner asking about the accessibility before booking the home. Owner and VRBO were unwilling to make it right. Owner did offer 10% back which barely covered 1 night in a hotel for the person in the WC. Owner controlled the temp on a Nest-no range on it. NO hot water in MB shower and barely any in the Âœ bath. 1 screen door on the patio was missing the bottom rail making it unsafe for kids. There are no child safety locks on any doors leading to the patio. The other screen door stayed closed only with a slide lock at the very top making it unusable for shorter people. A pair of dirty underwear in the yard. The yard could use some maintenance.
