Land’s End est situé sur l’île au trésor, au bout d’une péninsule, et est entouré de 3 côtés par de l’eau; la voie navigable Intracoastal à l'est, un passage au sud et le golfe du Mexique à l'ouest. Cette communauté regorge de commodités pour que tout le monde soit diverti! This is 4th time staying at Lands End on Sunset Beach. We love it! Never too crowded, property clean, condos always nice and best viewof sunset. Feels like staying on our own island. Location is perfect to travel to surrounding areas for Seafood. Seashells are an added bonus!!

Great location!

Large, comfortabl condo. Pleasing beachy elegant decor. Had to rewash all dishes, dishwasher wasnt used since it needed a good cleaning. Spacious lanai, floor to ceiling glass looking out on the ocean on two walls. Stunning views. Just grateful that Lands End was able to be open after the hurricane devestation.

The perfect view

We loved our stay at Lands End! This place is wonderful and the view can’t be beat! It’s right off the beach and a short drive to everything. Nothing is really walking distance unless you want to walk a few miles to restaurants and stores. But the private and gated community was perfect and we felt very safe and away from the busy vacationers. The unit has temporary carpet laid throughout the home which is not shown in the pictures. We will definitely be back back to these condos.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented 4 united in this building for our kids and grandkids. We have always loved Treasure Island and Land’s End. We have been coming for over 30 years. This unit was large and amazing views of the beach and ocean. We were disappointed to see that there were was carpeting all over because that is not how the picture shows it. It’s also in need of new kitchen items. Very beat up items and not enough of things for cooking, like measuring spoons, cups etc. many odds and ends! The condo could use a little TLC. Also the patio furniture should be replaced, very old.

It is considered "Premier" with "wood" laminate flooring through out and kitchen has been redone along with bathrooms completely updated. This unit is a large south corner unit with amazing beautiful views of the beach and ocean. We will notify the owner concerning the balcony furniture. Sunsets were incredible from balcony and from beach.For the price of this unit, there are some updates/upgrades needed including paint (walls & baseboards), carpet (stained/worn), furniture in 2nd bedroom with twin beds needs replaced, balcony furniture needs replaced (broken straps), silverware in kitchen needs to be replaced, kitchen needs a decent knife set and new pots and pans, water pressure in showers was terrible.

Quiet and well maintained grounds. walkable to Caddy's beach bar and Sea Dog (both less than 1 mile). Nicely updated condo, but pictures show wood floor throughout but there was carpeting there when we arrived, bathroom toilets, floors and showers could have been cleaner.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time and we are repeat customers to this unit. But there were some things that was disappointing to us. The unit does need some TLC it started out with missing light bulbs in 3 rooms, there is also ones missing in the living room. The dishwasher top shelve appeared to be hanging down on one side. When we arrived and started to make some food there were dirty dishes put away without being washed. When we started staying at Lands End it was nice that each family would leave the cleaning supplies that was unused so the next visitor could utilize it, there was no little extras that was left behind. In the departure notice it stated that there were be a charge for damaged or ruined linens, well the bedding already had stains as well as the towels. The screen on the left side of the balcony was broken and appears to have been that way for awhile. It seems that the bakeware was never replaced as there was only one cookie sheet. I think that the rental units really need to have a walk thru before the next vacationers arrive.

Private Getaway

The condo was exactly as described with incredible views and a private beach. Very clean and great location in a gated community. One maintenance issue with the door locks and the property manager had a service person there to fix within 30 minutes. Perfect family getaway and highly recommend! We will definitely be back!

Great Location and View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a nice location with great view. Garage parking was an added bonus. Beach chairs, toys and fishing pole was a nice surprise. The complex itself is well maintained and has nice amenities. We enjoyed our stay. However, below are a few areas of improvement:1. pictures of the property need to be updated to show to carpet, not laminate.2. Pots and pans on the kitchen need to be replaced as they all worn out and have scratched up.3. Some lightbulbs were missing/not working4. Please provide at least one individual size washing machine detergent. This is customary when the unit furnished with the washer/dryer.5. One of the throw blanket had multiple holes and needs to be replaced.6. While the unit appears to be clean, there are a few issues i wanted to list out: hair in the shower drain, dusty baseboards and sugar ants in the kitchen and bathroom.Once the above concerns are addressed, this is a perfect vacation getaway. I will consider coming back.

We vacation on the week of July 4th and we stay at Lands end every year. This was our 10th year staying here and we will be back. This particular condo did not have a good coffee maker. It blew up on me the last day so, that will need replaced.

Overall good place to stay

Like all of them but definitely the outside ones. They did not work at all. And windows as well. Some didn't even have screens. But otherwise nice place. A little far away from everything than I'm used to and the bands across the waterways got a little loud if you are there to relax. But the main thing.... The doors.

Great View but.....

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at Land’s End at least 5 times now and keep coming back because I love the location. I picked this particular room because it had no carpet, was a corner unit with an extra large balcony and I liked the layout where the living room windows added to the view. It really is a panoramic view of the ocean. However, I was very disappointed in the lack of cleaning. You could tell someone had been in to clean but, it was basically a fluff job. There was a bug behind the bedroom door and half the pots and pans were dirty. Also, it is not actually tiled throughout the unit, carpet has been laid and the pictures not updated. The patio furniture is not as shown in the pictures either. There is one lounger not two and it seemed to be broken. I had requested that the pillows and comforters be left off the beds because we were bringing our own but, that request went unfulfilled. I have had no less then five people ask me about my stay and their first question is always, “was it clean” and I had to say not unless you want to clean yourself when you arrive. This could have been my favorite unit if it had not been for the lack of cleaning and inaccurate pictures. Honestly, it needs a fresh coat of paint on the walls, baseboards, and doors. So much potential that fell flat.

Amazing View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been going to Lands End for several years now. The gated community and location are phenomenal. This unit was recently updated and they did a spectacular job. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. We really appreciated the beach chairs and other beach items that were provided. The pull out sleeper sofa was very comfortable--which you do not find very often. We did have some issues with the TV working in the bedroom with the twin beds. Overall, would highly recommend this unit.

Our favorite rental yet!

Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a month and I wasn’t ready to leave.We kept saying “This must be the best unit in the development!” Comfortable, clean, sunny and spacious with a jaw dropping view from the front and side. I loved waking up in the morning to be greeted by the Gulf. Everything is updated and kitchen is well appointed. The rental company was responsive. We had an issue with the dishwasher and they fixed it the next day. One thing to be aware of ... there is a bar across the canal with live music most nights and during the day on the weekends, which you can hear when the windows are open. It usually ended by 10 on week nights and 11 on weekends. We had to close the windows to sleep, but it was festive when we were awake.

Wonderful condo and location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 6th year at Lands End 401 and continues to be our favorite place to stay in Florida. Building 7 401 overlooks some of the grounds, the boardwalk and the beach. The sunsets are magnificent. The unit was upgraded again this year with the installation of carpeting in the living room and bedrooms. It is very clean, has adequate kitchen utensils, plates and silverware. I strongly recommend new cushions on the balcony furniture as the old ones are worn out and paper thin.Resort Rentals is a wonderful, guest friendly organization. I have rented through them for six years and have never had a problem booking, checking in or checking out. We will be back to 401 next year!
