Awesome stay at this place, just like the listing said. Unit was spacious and comfortable, well stocked and the beach toys closet and parking was great. 4 adults and two college age kids had all the room we needed. Pool, pickleball, and beanbags areas were great, and of course the view and beach! Had a great time and host responded quickly to any questions we had! Would definitely stay here again!

Unit was pretty much as expected, balcony view of the ocean was beautiful. Communication with the host was great. I only wish we had been given a heads up that the building next door was undergoing construction. They started working before 7:00am most days and it was VERY loud! Not the most ideal way to have to wake up while on vacation. The condo property was nice, the pool area was smaller than expected (description said resort style which is a stretch) and it was very crowded. I loved that we were only steps from the beach though.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re so glad you enjoyed the condo, the beautiful ocean views, and our communication. We’re sorry the repair work at the neighboring building impacted your stay. Unfortunately, it was completely outside of our control. We actually stayed at the condo ourselves over the Fourth of July weekend and found the noise to be minimal, but we certainly understand that everyone experiences noise differently. Prior to your review, no other guests had mentioned it as a concern, and thankfully, the repair work now appears to be nearly complete. Regarding our “resort-style amenities,” that refers to the property’s amenities, including the large pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and outdoor lounge areas. The size of the pool is accurately represented in our listing photos, which were available at the time of booking. While it can certainly be busier during the summer months, it is actually quite large compared to many nearby beachfront properties and is designed to accommodate many guests comfortably. We appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed the beach and your overall stay. We hope to welcome you back again.
