Deposit & Payments: 25% due at booking; remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival
No Pets / No Parties / No Events
No Smoking: Inside the condo, on the balcony, or in resort common areas (designated smoking areas only)
No Motorcycles, Mopeds, RVs, Trailers, or Golf Carts

Prohibited:
No fireworks on property
No feeding wildlife or birds
No hanging towels or clothing from balconies
Fines: $200/day for over-occupancy, unauthorized pets, smoking, or rule violations
All Wavecrest properties are professionally cleaned and inspected prior to guest arrival.

Winter Monthly Rentals
Looking for an extended coastal getaway? River Oaks 24B is available for winter rentals from October through March at $1,750 per month. Enjoy the peaceful off-season atmosphere of Myrtle Beach with mild weather, scenic golf courses, and close access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Monthly rate includes utilities, Wi-Fi, and parking for 2 vehicles
Minimum 30-night stay required
$200 cleaning fee applies per stay
