Extremely easy check in process. Host is extremely communicative and friendly.Accommodations are great. We ate in for a lot of our meals and had no issues cooking. Plenty of pots and pans and dishes.Great sleeping arrangements. Beds are large and comfortable.Location is unbeatable.

Best Summer Vaca!

Perfectly located by beach and bay. Market, food, and nightlife all within walking distance. I was a little worried about the size but it was perfect and I have some big boys. All of the toys and amenities were a hit and my teens are already trying to book the next stay. Lots of upgrades made not in photos. Excellent host.

Perfect location

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Getaway!We had the most amazing stay at this beach house! The location is absolutely unbeatable—just steps from the sand and a short walk to all the best local restaurants and cafes.The house itself was very cozy. We had 6 of us and 2 little dogs, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a fun, walkable vacation by the ocean, this beach house has it all. We can’t wait to come back!

Cozy with great location

Perfect get away, wonderfully located. Cozy little place with everything you could need. Only thing that could use improvement are the beds. the mattresses arent very comfortable but thats so minor. We had a blast!

Overall, my family thought the house worked well for our needs! We tend to sleep at location and walk/drive to other spots . We were in San Diego for 3 days. We were checked in around 3pm. Here is a list of limited (by vrbo) notes. We were one of the 1st to stay at new listingThe Good- Location! We loved the location, walking distance to two sides of water, we were able to walk and watch the fireworks from Sea World, and on the other side 2 blocks away was the ocean and "boardwalk"- Fair Price for New Year- Fun bars, we did New Years at a local bar, super friendly people. The rest of the town was closed.- Breakfast/lunch options all along the main street. Plenty of great food- 12 min to Sea World- 25 min to San Diego Zoo- 25 min to Petco park and the gas lamp district - Washing machine was nice to get some laundry done (The dryer did not work - but the owner already stated it was going to get resolved)- TV is smart tv so we projected to it, but many apps already logged in from other people to be usedNot so Good- Small if you're planning family hang outs, 8 people, maybe, but not if they are singles and adults? 1 bed in back room, 1 upper/lower double bunk, small couch and larger couch-Larger couch not comfortable-Walls paper thin, small back room heard all of the neighbors on other side-Parking off site-very close at park/marina- we had no issues-Pathway to beach/boardwalk not very well lit-doors between bedrooms need regular handles and single door
