Cabin was amazing. It’s right between Truckee and Tahoe, so it’s easy to get to pretty much anywhere. It’s also less than half a mile from the Alpine Stables, which caused us to go horseback riding twice. The entire property and neighborhood is great. Had a ton of conversations with the locals.Jason is an outstanding host. Sends all of the instructions ahead of time, and includes things you may not think of like downloading the directions ahead of time in case you don’t have coverage. Really easy to understand. He is also really quick to reply if you have a question or issue.We had family staying with us and they saved his listing for next time they visit. 10/10 would recommend!!

The location is ideal! The house is super clean, well stocked and ideal for a family. Jason was so inviting, super responsive and everything was so well communicated up front- a 5 star experience! Highly recommend.

Our stay was amazing! The cabin was beautifully decorated and located minutes away from slopes. We loved the cozy living room with a fireplace and the well-equipped kitchen. The host was very attentive and provided great communication. We had a wonderful time and will plan another stay in the near future. Highly recommended.

The house is beautiful and the neighborhood was very quiet. Great for going for a walk. The location was great. Easy access to Tahoe City for grocery shopping and dinning. Truckee is about 20 minutes away.The kitchen was well equipped with lots if seating in the dinning area. The beds were very comfortable. The house was clean and the linins were nice. There are big TVs in the living room and two bedrooms. Host was very responsive with some questions. I would stay again!

great place and hosts!

We loved the house and location next to Alpine! Super clean, nice kitchen and bathrooms. We had one issue with hot water not working and the hosts quickly addressed it having a plumber come by to find a water valve was left on in the garage. Our kids loved the jacuzzi! Our only small gripe: the TV in the living room is way too high, haha. Would be great if they could lower it…we’ll stay again!

thank you again for staying with us! Glad we were able to address the water! As for the tv in the living room, it is a mantel mount. The tv can be pulled down by the two bars underneath the tv and also rotate.

Lovely home

This house was spacious, clean and loved loved loved having a garage to pull straight into. The owner Jason was easy to contact and responsive. My kids liked the air hockey table, games and hot tub. Hot tub did back right up to neighbors house though. We would return again and appreciated the close location to the mountain.

Great house in the mountains

Jason is an excellent host and was very responsive to questions and accommodating. Some of the appliances had issues, but it sounds like they will be being replaced. Overall we loved our time there and would likely return with a few small improvements. There are many very nice elements like a 2 car garage with an EV charger, very nicely decorated with stylish and comfortable furniture and a hot tub right off the living room.

Our stay had both positives and negatives

The location was convenient, and the space itself had potential, but there were several issues that impacted our experience.The biggest concern was the bathroom situation—plumbing problems with the only tub and a on seperate bathrooms made it difficult to use the facilities as needed. The kitchen was also understocked, which made meal prep more challenging than expected. While management acknowledged some of our concerns, they disagreed that these issues significantly impacted our stay.That said, they did indicate that they would work with vendors and bring in a handyman/plumber to address the problems. If those fixes happen, future guests may have a better experience, but unfortunately, we wouldn’t book this rental again based on our stay.

We sincerely apologize for the bathroom and kitchen issues you experienced during your stay. We take all guest concerns seriously, and we understand how important these amenities are for a comfortable stay. A plumber was sent right away and already found the issue. You could have used the tub. We've also ordered mixing bowls as well. We also already had a spice rack there but seems that was not enough? There was Zero communication from you whatsoever so we had no chance to respond or try to make things right during the stay. We regret that your stay was impacted by these issues, but we hope that future guests will have a much more seamless experience
