This property is the unbeatable location if you are looking to stay on Folly Beach. You are nestled in just 3 blocks back from the Ocean and 1 block from vibrant Center Street.
Unit 1 sits up on the hill with an ideal layout. Step into an open floor plan with a beautiful updated interior. The kitchen is a waiting for you to cook up a feast, with ample counter space.
There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the entry level, along with the living space and dining area. You will pass the laundry area on the way to the loft where the 3rd bedroom and hangout area is.
There is a tranqiul patio area with outdoor seating and a gas grille.
Unit 2 is in the backyard behind the main house, shaded by a mature live oak trees. You will be greeted with a patio and screened in porch
Step inside into an open floor kitchen and living area. The living area is equipped with an air mattress if your group needs the extra space. Each bedroom has comfy beds and windows for natural light, or room darkeing shades.

No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.
Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.
