The location of this property is great for a weekend near midtown! We got to walk around and explore everything close by. The check-in process was fairly smooth and they were very flexible with the check-in/check-out times.

It’s a lovely studio, in incredible location! Walking distance to 5th ave, Maddison, Broadway shows, Grand Cebtral park! Grand Ce teal station 5 min walking distance.Mona, the Indian restaurant downstairs is hands down the best Indian I’ve ever had! The stidio has everything you need, the host is extremely accommodating! We felt like locals! Will stay again!

Excellent communication from the host. I felt I could reach out anytime and they would answer. They allowed us to check out a little later which saved us sitting at the airport. One small thing that would have helped our stay would have been additional extension cords due to lack of outlets since both my daughter and I had computer needs for work and school.

Great location and communication with host. A pretty quiet spot in the very heart of the city. Closeness to Grand Central Station is the main benefit. One note, watch it for hot water temp in the shower, it gets near boiling very quickly.

Our host John was very nice and very accommodating. As we had a late check-in and then we got dropped off at the wrong building so he had to wait even more for us so I appreciated that. His communication was excellent. Overall, it was just what we needed. The location was perfect for a 10 to 12 minute walk to all the big sites. The only downfall I would say is the neighbors get a little loud, but that’s not a huge deal and obviously the host can’t control that. I would stay there again for sure.

This cute little studio was perfect for our needs. It was clean and orderly. We were within walking distance of the all the excitement of Times Square and close to restaurants, trains, and bus stops. Our host was responsive and even helped carry our luggage up the one flight of stairs to the studio.

Even though this is only a few blocks from Grand Central Station, it’s surprisingly quiet. This had everything we needed for our week’s vacation. Bed was very comfortable & they were quick to answer any questions we had.

Great Place

The hosts were very helpful and despite a leak got us to a nearby property that was excellent. The place was clean, well located, and the property manager was punctual and friendly. Highly recommend.

The place was much bigger than I thought for a studio apartment. It was in a really convenient location with a short walk away from 5th Ave and Grand Central. I didn't need to use it, but the kitchenette was well stocked with supplies.The host was very communicative and check in process was easy. The toiletries provided weren't great so you may want to bring your own.

Host allowed us to check-in early which was a great help on the day. It was an in person check-in process so needed to co-ordinate our arrival. Apartment was as described. Shower took a couple of minutes for the hot water to come through and the base is perishing and may need an update. Location was excellent to walk to major tourist destination and Grand Central is only a few minutes walk to the subway. Apartment is at away from the street front so was pretty quiet (except for the neighbours yelling at their kids to get ready for school).

This "lovely Studio" ist absolotly not acceptable, therefore I had to Leave immediatly. Cozy Apartment in Midtown

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a cozy studio in Midtown East which I booked very last minute, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless, thanks to the friendly host who greeted us with warmth and helpful in person. The check in instructions were clear and easy. The studio itself was perfectly sized for our needs—compact yet thoughtfully designed to maximize space. The modern decor gave it a chic vibe, while the large windows flooded the room with natural light. It felt like a true New York experience!One of the highlights was the location. It’s located very central, right in the heart of midtown by Grand Central. We had an easy access to Times Square, Central Park, and many of dining options. We enjoyed leisurely walks in the neighborhood and discovered some hidden gems along the way.Amenities were great, too. The kitchenette was well-equipped for our quick breakfasts, and the comfortable bed ensured we got a good night's sleep after long days of exploring the city. Overall, our stay at the studio in Midtown East exceeded our expectations. It struck the perfect balance between comfort and convenience, allowing us to fully enjoy the vibrancy of New York City. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delightful urban getaway!

Es un primer piso sin ascensor, eso hay que tenerlo en cuenta si tienes condicionantes de movilidad. Hubo problemas con la calefacciĂłn que se resolvieron a la mitad de la estancia, mientras tanto nos dejaron unos calefactores y no pasamos frĂ­o. Los ajustes en ventanas y puerta no son buenos aunque al comentarlo, mejorĂł el de la puerta al poner un aislante para ajustar el cierre. Hubo algĂșn momento en que el agua caliente tardaba en llegar pero quedĂł solucionado por la tarde. La atenciĂłn de John la calificamos de muy buena, procurando agradar y solucionar los inconvenientes. Como contraprestaciĂłn a los problemas surgidos, nos permitieron dejar el equipaje hasta la hora en que nos recogĂ­a nuestro transporte.Para pasar unos dĂ­as no estĂĄ mal sobre todo por la ubicaciĂłn, al lado de Grand Central Station pero hay cosas que mejorar.
