Welcome to Palm Breeze, a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in Tower 1 of the highly sought-after Edgewater Resort. Boasting stunning views of the main lagoon pool and breathtaking beachfront panoramas, this condo offers the ultimate coastal retreat. Relax in the comfort of a beautifully appointed living space, or step onto the private balcony to enjoy ocean sunsets. With world-class amenities, including pools, dining, and fitness options, your dream getaway awaits at Edgewater Resort!

Experience paradise with this stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo in Panama City Beach! Located on the 11th floor of Edgewater Beach Resort Tower 1, the unit boasts breathtaking Gulf and Lagoon Pool views. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and private bath with a large walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom offers a queen bunk bed. Additional sleeping options include a sleeper sofa and single sofa bed. A full kitchen with a wet bar and a spacious living area make it perfect for families.

Edgewater Resort is ideally situated near top restaurants like Firefly and Saltwater Grill, and attractions such as Shipwreck Island Water Park and St. Andrews State Park, all within a short drive. Resort amenities include multiple pools, spas, on-site dining, golf, tennis, pickleball, tram to get around resort, and a fitness center.

An additional $50 fee is added when making your reservation to cover the base resort fee for parking & resort access. Extended stays during Snowbird season require monthly parking passes. The condo is stocked with linens, towels, starter toiletries, and essential kitchenware.

Renters must be 25+ to book and check in. Perfect for a family-friendly beach escape!

We had a wonderful stay! Condo was clean and comfortable, and the property was beautiful. The unit had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation, plus thoughtful extras like beach towels, chairs, and sand toys - which were perfect for our beach days. The beds were super comfortable, and we loved spending time at the pool and having easy access to the beach. Highly recommend!

We have never stayed in a cleaner room. I loved having beach towels, hair dryers along with many items for the beach provided for our use. Room decor was great! Owner was very responsive. No complaints.

All instructions, detailing check-in, what is expected of us tenants, amenities (inside and outside) the condo, and check-out, were very easy to follow. The condo is beautiful and provided us with everything we needed! I even made brownies! The coffee/wine/margarita bar with the lights...WOW. I would definitely visit again!

We had the best stay at edgeater resort. The communication between the host was great. He answered every question i had quickly. The condo was plenty of space for the 7 of us with an awesome ocean view. We cant wait to stay here again!

Great host and well appointed unit

I came to Edgewater for a dance competition located at the resort’s convention center with my daughter. This unit looked great online and I want to add to the excellent reviews. While PCB can seem a little dated, this unit was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Check in and parking were a breeze as well as accessibility to the pool and beach and restaurants right across the street. Nice touches to have beach toys and towels available! Thanks so much for making our trip hassle free!

Balcony facing in the ocean, beautiful

I access the unit with no issues. It was very clean very modern set up well the location is in the heart of Panama. The swimming pool at the Edgewater resort is probably the best in Panama City Beach. I have stayed at various places and I must say I will be going back to this particular place. I have no complaints.
