Before we even got to Edgewater, the property manager, Cort, reached out to me and asked that I called him. He told me that he wanted to personally thank us for renting through them and told me that if there was anything we needed at all, to call or text him. He mentioned that one of the pillowcases had marks on it, so it was swapped with a new one. For that reason, I got to sleep comfortably on a grey pillowcase lol. The condo was just as it was listed. Very clean, excellent location, and reasonably priced for fall break. We were on the 9th floor, so we had an excellent view of the beach and ocean. The couch had dual electric zero-gravity chairs that folded out. Super comfy! The cabinet under the tv in the living room opened up to a bed for the kids. Property manager reached out during the week to make sure everything was good. Very appreciated!Throughout the week, we noticed that some of our clothes had black marks when they came out of the washer and dryer. I reached out to Cort to notify him that we noticed it. He immediately called me and offered to come pick all of the affected clothes and have them professionally cleaned, and if they didnât come clean, they would reimburse us. We figured all that trouble wasnât warranted, but it was awesome for him to reach out and offer all of that. He stated that they were going to replace the washer/dryer combo with a new one ASAP. Overall, great stay! We would recommend this for a small family with kids.
