The Space:

Saida Towers is the most resort like condo complex on South Padre Island that is not a hotel.



When you walk into this condo, you will be drawn to the patio door and ocean view right away. Visions of sunset margaritas or morning coffee come to mind even as a write this. The kitchen's eat in breakfast counter is perfect for tacos in the morning or the fajita line for your family after a long day at the beach



There are 5 towers at Saida, Tower II where this ground floor unit #104 is located means you cannot get closer to the beach or ocean. The heated pool is just on the other side of the building along with the hot tub.



This beachfront property features:

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos has views of beach directly, a private patio that opens up to the grounds and walk to beach. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 is en suite to the master bedroom. The master bedroom also has windows to ocean.



As this is a ground floor unit, the view is not perfect of ocean but is there. Please understand that while this condo has all tile floors, stainless appliances, NO stairs, and granite counters, it is not completely remodeled to brand new and we do want that known.



While we allow up to 8 guests, there really isn't sleeping space for 8. There is a king in the master bedroom, double/full size bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a pull out couch in the living room. We also provide a double sized airbed. Do bring extra bedding if you plan on using the pull out or airbed.



If you go out the back patio door, there is the ocean. If you go out the front door, there is the heated pool and parking is just behind the building. Ultimate in convenience.



In terms of walkablity, Saida is hands down the #1 best place to stay. Walk to literally dozens of bars and restaurants. You and your family will feel very secure at this complex with 24 hour security and off street parking.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all pots/pans/etc and professionally managed by South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre blvd. Towels, linens, and a starter pack of toiletries, trash bags, and dishwasher pods is there (not refilled).



Any stays over 3 nights there is free linen exchange at South Padre Trips office.



Please read and agree to ALL house rules prior to booking. The City of South Padre Short Term Occupancy Permit # is available upon request.



While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that



If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.



Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up

Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes with additional requirements.



Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to Airbnb messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements



Please contact us prior to making a reservation not after about these stipulations above as we have a strict cancel policy. We are fully disclosing this prior to booking and require all guests to read and agree to all house rules as well as submit a docusign rental agreement contract with a pic of your photo ID to age verify. This is not optional



Please note: in the months of March and Easter weekend, the property charges a non refundable fee of $25 + 17% tax on condo security wristband fees. This is a HOA fee and NOT our fee. You can buy them in cash from security OR if you wish to use a credit card, we can pre collect this money from you and get them on your behalf. Again, this is for anyone ages 10 years of age to 32 years of age. Thank you



Guest Access:

As our guest, you have full private access to our ground floor condo, which includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a private patio that leads directly out to the resort grounds. Beyond your private retreat, you are welcome to enjoy the extensive amenities of the Saida Towers complex. This includes access to three swimming pools, one of which is heated year round, and three heated hot tubs. You also have access to the tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor showers, and a secure private beach access point. For your convenience, there is gated off street parking available for up to two vehicles and coin operated laundry facilities within the building.



The Neighborhood:

Our condo is perfectly situated on South Padre Island, offering the ultimate in walkability and convenience. You are located directly on the beach, with private access just steps from your patio. Beyond the resort grounds, you will find yourself within easy walking distance of dozens of local bars and restaurants, allowing you to enjoy the vibrant island nightlife and dining scene without needing a car. Whether you are looking for a casual breakfast spot, fresh local seafood, or a lively place for evening drinks, everything you need is just a short stroll away from your front door.



Getting Around:

Getting around South Padre Island is a breeze from our location. We provide gated and secure off street parking on the premises for up to two vehicles, ensuring your car is safe during your stay. Please note that a golf cart is considered a vehicle. If you require additional parking, there is free space available at the local intermodal bus station or the island post office. While our location is highly walkable, allowing you to reach numerous bars and restaurants on foot, the island also offers public transportation options for exploring further afield.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a smooth stay, please note that the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present at check in. We require a signed rental agreement and a photo identification to be submitted after booking to comply with local regulations. Check in begins at 3 pm and check out is at 11 am. Parking is limited to two vehicles, and golf carts are considered vehicles. Please respect our quiet hours from 10 pm to 9 am. Note that our starter supply of toiletries is not replenished during your stay. During March and Easter weekend, a mandatory security wristband fee applies for guests aged 13 to 33, which we will collect prior to your arrival. Smoking, parties, and pets are strictly prohibited.

Our local office is located at 2600 Padre Boulevard and is open seven days a week from 9 am to 5 pm should you need any support. For the quickest response and to maintain a record of our communications, please contact us through the messaging platform where you booked your stay. We strive to respond to all inquiries promptly during business hours to ensure you have a comfortable and relaxing beach getaway.
