Right around the corner from the beach. Very nice and clean! My family of 8 fit comfortably with everyone having a place to sleep. Would definitely rent again.

We had a great time staying at this property. The distance to the beach and to the main drag was all within walking distance. There was a lot of space for our family to relax. This was our first time traveling with our dogs and the enclosed yard was a plus. This is acute beach property. It could use minor updates but it’s not enough to say anything negative. There’s a shower to wash off sand before going inside. Ryan our host was always available to answer all my questions since this was also our first time using Vrbo. The only surprise to us was the pet deposit. It was not stated that there would be one so it was a surprise when Ryan mentioned it. Again, very minor issue. We look forward to staying at this location again in the future. Thank you Vrbo and Ryan for a wonderful end of our summer vacation!

Easy walk to the beach

It’s a nice place that needs attention to detail. We had issues with the TV that were never resolved during our stay. A brand new dishwashing machine that would not work. Unfortunately the only light fixture in the hall bathroom stopped working Sunday morning of our stay. Management had a small lamp delivered which worked to allow use of the bathroom for our last day and night. Shower curtain rod needs to be replaced , it fell during every shower, easy fix. Not enough toilet paper, one roll in each bathroom and only one spare so we bought more. We were told very clearly not to get there before 4 PM if we didn’t want to have to pay extra for early check-in so we arrived shortly after 4 PM and the lawn care person was working on the backyard. Unfortunately , he left all the cut weeds laying on the grass so it didn’t look inviting. There were no lawn chairs for the patio area, neither front nor back, so if you’re coming and you want to sit out, you’re gonna wanna bring your own lawn chair. We come and stay at the island at least once or twice a year. This is the our first time to stay at this location. It is very convenient to beach access 14.
