All guests will be required to sign a rental contract that will be emailed after your Airbnb reservation is confirmed.

Guests will also need to provide a scanned ID which will be used to create resort access cards.
Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any cancellation refund. AMEX is not accepted for VRBO bookings.

All guests must sign a Vallarta Rentals rentals contract prior to check in.
