Welcome to our Gorgeous Restored Victorian! This home has space to accommodate 19 guests in the second and third floors. The First Floor are one-bedroom short-term rental apartments and may be available upon request. You and your guests will have access to three luxurious apartments on the second and third floors, with four marble and granite tiled baths, 3 beautiful kitchens, 5 private porches, Free In-unit laundry and a location that can't be beat!! Walk to the Saratoga Race Track or the Award-Winning Downtown Saratoga Springs Shops and Restaurants! This unit is for adults and children 10 and over.

The apartments feature six bedrooms across three apartments, with one King bed, 4 Queen beds, two full beds, one Twin-over-full bunk bed and a Queen Pull-out Sofa Bed, sleeping up to 19 guests, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone in your group! The spacious living areas on the top floor is perfect for gathering your guests together to relax, and the 75-inch smart TV, and two 55 inch TV smart TVs in the second floor apartments, with free cable, provide entertainment for cozy nights in. High-speed WIFI is also available for free for your convenience.

Start your mornings off right with a visit to the coffee bars, complete with Combo Coffee makers. Make a full pot, a single cup of your favorite ground coffee or use your favorite Keurig-style K-cups. Enjoy your cup of coffee on one of the 3 gorgeous balconies overlooking the neighborhood. In the evenings, enjoy the two story back deck with comfortable outdoor furniture and dining in this ideal spot to gather and unwind.

We had a great stay! The house was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend away. Very walkable into town for bar, restaurants, and shopping. Plenty of space inside and out to gather as a group. Will hopefully be back soon!

Our family of 14 had a wonderful stay at the Grand Mare! There was plenty of room for all and the beds were very comfortable. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the track which was an important feature for our crew! Our host Tim was super communicative and quickly answered any questions we had prior to and during our stay. We would definitely stay there again thank you!!

Perfect bachelorette spot!

The space is perfect for large groups, we had 13 people. The top floor was the best place to hang which allowed people to be able to peel off and have some time to themselves when they needed. It’s just under a 10 minute walk to downtown, check out Lucy’s Bar and The Misfit. Tim was an excellent host and ensured we had everything we needed, would recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun girls trip!

I recently stayed at the Grand Mare Trifecta with a group of 16 and we had a perfect stay! Tim is a 5 star host; he was always very timely in his responses, the Grand Mare was extremely clean, and was fully prepared with all the necessities before we came. The house came stocked with all new appliances, coffee, towels, sheets, etc.. Additionally, the third-floor unit was one of the highlights of our trip. This was very large with a great TV, and allowed our group to all come together and have a great stay. The Grand Mare is also set in the perfect location in Saratoga, directly between the Track and the Downtown. Being within walking distance to both of the main attractions, for our group in particular, was a big plus for our trip. With how beautiful the Grand Mare is, its location in Saratoga Springs, and how prepared and responsive Tim always was as a host, this is a no-brainer for any large group looking to stay in Saratoga Springs. I know my group would love to be back there as soon as possible!
